Best Shawarma restaurant in St. Catharines! I give this place a 10/10! The food tasted absolutely delicious, the portion size was packed to the brim with plenty of food to enjoy, and the presentation of the dish I ordered was beautiful. The staff was friendly and definitely put care into the cooking and presentation of the food, which I thoroughly appreciated. I ordered the chicken shawarma and it was mouth watering! I'm definitely coming back to Leelas Shawarma, and I highly recommend it!

I entered with a very friendly greeting. She asked if it was my first time, and I said yes. She proceeded to make me the best Tasting Chicken Shawarma wrap I have had in a long time. It was delicious, well wrapped, and perfectly sauced. You can tell they clean very well as everything looked brand new. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Service was great! I ordered the falafel wrap, it was really flavourful and the tahini and garlic sauce were PERFECTION! The falafel tasted great and was fresh, just wish they put more falafel in the wrap because it was a little thin!

Food was great and unique! The rice and chicken tasted fresh and had lots of flavour. The only thing i was unhappy with was the portion size. This medium sized tray cost me $20. The wrap we got was also delicious but the wrap was a smaller portion as well. Wrap and chicken bowl costed us $36

Amazing Shawarma! They made our shawarma plates fresh. I preferred the chicken because it was tender. The salad was nicely dressed, and the rice was soft. The garlic sauce was really good! The portion size was okay. This place is a gem of a find, and we will surely come back again.

Like many, we went to Leela's looking at the reviews. The first few bites are the best. Fresh and crunchy salad, crispy crisps, a nice balance of seasoning on a fresh palette. A few bites later you start realizing that the salad dressing is saltier, it keeps getting stronger and stronger. Coming to the chicken, it was overcooked and chewy, right off the bat. While the flavours were nice, the chicken itself was dry and chewy. The place is a proud authentic Shawarma place and I like that confidence they have in them. They take pride in their high quality ingredients. It's not the best Shawarma I have had, but it almost is. Balancing the flavors and the texture of the meat should do the trick. I will definitely ask everyone to try out their shawarma and form your opinion because every palette and culture is different and handle their food differently.
