Lazy Shack

Unfortunately I didn’t look at the reviews before ordering. “Mr. Fried Rice” on delivery apps IS Lazy Shack. As a rule, don’t order from places that have 2 different names. That’s just sketchy. Same experience as the others, extremely odd chicken texture (I’ve never had chicken breast crumble in my mouth), I think they use instant rice or the wrong kinda rice because it was crunchy and bland, and the sauce is clearly store bought too. ***Probably the most important thing though: I couldn’t find this restaurant on the DineToronto list, which means it might not get reviewed for health and safety by the city, probably why they can get away with this quality of food. STAY AWAY

Was walking back from dinner from a restaurant nearby and 2 employees decided to take a squeegee and shove a wave of dirty mop water down the stairs, splashing my clothes and ruining my shoes. Absolutely barbaric behaviour

I order from this place often and am never disappointed. Would highly recommend their spicy rice bowls.

I ordered here before and they had amazing fries and chicken. Now... I got served a box of grease with soggy disgusting semi-raw "fries". Chicken was ok, but not as good as before. I feel sad, because this place was great before. Avoid.

This is actually the worst food I've ever had in my life. The chicken wings were obviously well past the expiry and the rubbery "chicken" in the canned pineapple fried rice was absolutely disgusting. The fried rice isn't seasoned either its just some--oh, that has got to be the cheapest rice i've ever had. everything was wrong with thefood. I couldn't eat it. UN EATABLE. I sit here hungry and flabbergasted at the fact that anyone could sell that. And thats why Lazy shack uses the alias Mr Fried Rice on the food delivery apps... Yuck. I was so confused at the texture of the meat that I had to go back and look at what I ordered to identify it. Like, EWWW. SO BADD

Decided to try this place on a whim because it was the only thing open to eat nearby. I ordered the Szechwan Beef Fried Rice and it was great! The food was hot, fresh and tasty and was a good portion. Definitely would order again.

surprisingly a good place... for modern Chinese/Asian flavour take-out, or lunch package or some snacks… I highly recommend you to have a try!
