Lazeez Shawarma

Worst customer service ever. Whoever works here can’t follow simple instructions and serves cold food. Perhaps they can’t read. I asked for a simple poutine with less gravy and more garlic and tahini and tzatziki in which I was charged extra for. I got the worst poutine with gravy drenched and cold cheese curds. What happened to the melted cheese? And the manager expects people to respond to concerns within the same hour it’s been less than 24 hours I’m showing evidence and they have camera footage of their staff not doing their job yet they lack in customer service and satisfaction. Will definitely be spreading the word as I have a business platform on social media. Lazeez chose this route.

Vipam. This employee of ours really made a very nice meal and greeted us very nicely. He greeted us very nicely. I wish all employees everywhere were like this, I am really grateful to him, the shaurma he made was also very nice. I still can taste its deliciousness on my palate.

Worst Lazeez Shawarma place ever visited. Ordered Chicken on the rocks, Put so much sauce to hide there's less chicken. Never gonna go back here again.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is one of the best Lazeez locations in the GTA. Food is always consistent and they are very generous with the portions. The staff are very welcoming and kind. I drive all the way to this location even though there is one near where I live in downtown Toronto.

I have ordered from this place before a couple of times and I always get falafel shawarma. It’s delicious. I went in for a take out today and they gave me a meat wrap instead of falafel. I am a vegetarian. I realized when I took a bite and immediately spit it out. Already got home so didn’t go back for a refund/exchange. Very disappointing experience.

I will be very honest. This tasted absolutely horrible. I got a chicken on the rox on Uber, and I paid for extra sauce and got barely any sauce. The rice was mushy and overcooked. The chicken was terrible. Some pieces were chewey and the majority was hard and dry. It also had no flavour what so ever. Totally disappointed and tbh this location made me realize that lazeez should be bagged up and tossed into the nearest trash can. 🗑

I recently visited Lazeez Shawarma and was blown away by the quality of their food. The shawarma was perfectly seasoned and the meat was tender and juicy. The falafel was also great, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The garlic sauce was the perfect complement to the shawarma, and the fresh veggies added a nice crunch. The service was also excellent, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, and the prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. Overall, I highly recommend Lazeez Shawarma to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. It's definitely one of the best shawarma places in town and I can't wait to go back!
