Lazeez Shawarma

Worst food. Bought 4 wraps and 2 wraps were dry and other 2 has so much sauce that you can’t even eat it. Had thrown 2 wraps plus fries was so soggy and seems like the fries was premade and they just reheated it and there is no salt in fries. Won’t be back again for sure.

One of the best location of Lazeez. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable,they ensure everything goes smooth just like garlic sauce,lol. Along with great customer service. Being coming at this location for soo long, always satisfy my hunger.🌯

If you’re looking for delicious food that is certainly value for money, this is the place to go. It’s quick, simple, and has huge portions. They were generous with the meats too. Had the mixed sharwarma on rocks and beef wrap. The only thing to make the experience better is ice cold drinks.

The food was spoiled when i receive but when i ask why it happened they told me they packed it nicely and they cant do anything...Then what should i do..? Should i eat it from the cover... And the person attended was like you can call uber and ask for a refund.. Such a bad behaviour from the employee. And i will never order from this shop again.

I visit the store 3 times a week. Last time i ask for more sauce, the cashier charged $2 extra for that. I called to ask him he did not told me there is any extra charges for that. Today i pick up 2 wraps, it was all empty. I called in store, the same guy was there, he did not listen me at all and said this is how we make. Bro I eat three times a week there, dont tell me how you make. He was so rude with zero customer service. One of the wrap was ordered without parsley, but parsley was there and he says that he make it carefully because I had an issue last time too. I told him I will post the pics so you can see it's empty. He said that he will tell his owner everything, I can post. So they dont care their cutomer anymore. If this is the way you deal with regular customer then I feel sorry for other guests. This is the 2nd time this guy misbehaved. Not gonna visit this store anymore.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent $55 Uber Eats order from Lazeez. I clearly requested cucumber and feta, but instead, I received an absurdly large container of feta with barely any cucumber. To top it off, the chicken was undercooked, bland, and inedible despite my specific instructions for it to be cooked thoroughly. The service was careless and ignored my detailed requests in the notes and when I personally called the store, leaving me with a meal that was both unsatisfactory and frustrating. My boyfriend and I ended up throwing it away because of how raw the chicken was. For $55, I expected much better. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements. Please note- I would put 0 stars if I could.
