Lazeez Shawarma

I ordered the Chicken on the Rocks, and while the portion size was reasonable for the price, I encountered some issues with the dish. Some pieces of chicken were either overcooked or excessively hard to chew. As a result, I am uncertain about whether I will choose to order from this location again.

After trying this location a few months ago, I would go out of my way to go to this location even though other ones were closer to me. My family and I would order out via UE 1-3 times a WEEK, it was that good. Would have rated 5 stars before easily. However, in the last 2-3 weeks or so, I have been pretty disappointed with my orders. The changing of the type of fries used has made a massive difference, I cannot emphasize this enough and I would hope they change them back. But for the time being I'm going to go to different locations now as I have had an issue with my previous two orders in a row, and general disappointment lately before that, to the point where I threw today's order out after barely getting halfway through. e.g. Problems with the taste of the chicken, items missing that I paid for. Incredibly disappointing as I have been to 6+ lazeez locations and this one WAS my favourite.

Not recommended. It was horrible. Very dry. No taste at all. Platter was dipped in sauces even tho asked on the side. Baked potatoes were very bad. Don’t waste money with this restaurant

How come this in the shawarma I never imagined I would find a cockroach in my food, but that’s exactly what happened today at Lazeez Shawarma! I ordered my usual chicken shawarma, but halfway through my meal, I was horrified to find a cockroach in it! This is beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable! As a restaurant, the very least you can do is maintain basic hygiene standards, and Lazeez Shawarma has clearly failed in this regard. This isn’t just disrespectful to customers; it’s a serious health hazard! I will never return to this place, and I will be warning everyone I know to stay far away from here! I am incredibly disappointed and furious. I urge everyone to think twice before dining at a place that clearly doesn’t care about food safety or cleanliness.

Raw meat served, got sick once I began eating and found the inside of kofta wrap had fully raw red meat, won’t be eating here again Yes to your response it is your location, I have attached the receipt confirming same

Regular lazeez but with fresh food and excellent service! Cashier Rutvah was very patient and welcoming and so was the rest of the staff ❤️ We got a large shawarma plate and chicken dunks which was more than enough for 3 people

Fady was quite helpful and very attentive to my wants and needs. His customer service skills are top notch! he should be awarded thanks Fady for making my visit here delightful and a quite exceptional experience! The pricing was great for the portions. The portions are great lots of chicken we opted to wait for fresh chicken while it was being made, I had the chance to take in the very clean and pleasant atmosphere untenable and pop were well stocked which is great to see! (compared to other stores) Overall a very great 5 star experience thanks again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another great experience from lazeez this time I was severed by norma with her amazing service and smile I'll definitely be coming back for more lunch

The new guy they just hired working evenings doesn't follow the order provided to him on the screen. I've had to correct him multiple times while he's prepping my food. He also consistently gives lower than usual portions (based on 3 different visits and other Lazeez restaurants) all while rushing through the order. I don't understand how giving out 70% of the original portion is gonna help beat the rising foods costs (if that's the case).
