Lazeez Shawarma

Avoid this place at all costs. Every vegetable topping is considered premium and costs extra, but they don’t warn you and are happy to give you every topping and then charge you after. Left with two incredibly average shawarma plates with vegetable toppings for 44$. Sauce is bland and rice was barely edible, and yet the cost was more premium than any similar restaurant around. Waste of money.

The Lazeez brand has not let me down for a long time but oh boy was i wrong. The half n half i ordered had a watered down version of the original garlic sauce. Fries were not lazeez like, very slim and oddly out of character. The wrap was also a soggy log. Would definitely recommend to improve on their quality. The service and overall cleanliness of the place was great though.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Lazeez with a friend this evening. I should have trusted the negative one-star reviews on Google, but I wanted to give them a fair chance. At first glance, the place seemed clean and organized. I ordered two regular wraps with all the toppings, specifically requesting one without pickles since my friend is allergic. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill fast. Despite my clear request, my friend’s wrap was packed with pickles, which made her feel sick. My wrap fell apart the moment I picked it up; it was either too soggy or wrapped terribly and barely contained any meat. It was poorly made and completely unsatisfying. The staff showed zero concern for quality or customer service. They seemed disengaged, with some wearing headphones and talking on the phone. This kind of neglect and lack of care is really disappointing, especially from a popular franchise that used to be known for quality. I won’t be coming back, and it’s unfortunate to see this location failing so badly.

I recently visited Lazeez with a friend, despite reading a one-star review online—I wanted to give the place a fair chance. At first, the restaurant seemed clean and organized. I ordered two regular wraps with all the toppings, specifically requesting no pickles in one due to my friend’s allergy. Unfortunately, her wrap was loaded with pickles, causing an allergic reaction and making her feel sick. Mine fell apart with the first bite; it was overly soggy or just poorly wrapped, and it barely contained any meat. The staff seemed completely disinterested, with some even wearing headphones and talking on the phone. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location. It’s disappointing to see such a popular franchise decline in quality and service.

First time here. Overall, the food was good. I got half and half with rice and fries. Good amount of sauce! The service was great and quick. I asked for fries to be freshly made. The fries were warm but could be more crispy. I also felt there was less chicken than usual.

Horrible experience, we got 2 wraps and I asked for light garlic sauce and there was about 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise in my wrap and the other wrap as well. The bags of the wraps and the bottom was completely soggy. We took one bite and all you could taste was onion and mayonnaise. Threw them both out, so disappointing.

I tried this place a few weeks ago with my family. We tried the chicken shawarma wrap. The wrap was amazing, and the sauces tasted delicious. We instantly fell in love with it. The atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. The owner, Qaiser (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly), on the front and in the kitchen, was super nice and friendly. I'll definitely be back with my family.

Yummiest rice bowl I have ever had. I am so in love with the Falafal balls served here- so fresh and tasty. Excellent customer service at this location. This is a must visit place. You will not regret.
