Ordered through uber eats. $7 for a pathetic serving of French fries. Ordered buy 1 get 1 free offer and the serving was brutal. Very little chicken.

“NEVER AGAIN ...” The lady who worked there was sweeping with her broom in front of the convertible doner that had been cut earlier and I could see all the dust because the sun was coming in. I told the male employee who works here that I would buy Shawarma, but I said I would if you gave him a new one, he said he would give it to me in 20 minutes, I started waiting, I think he thought I would not see him, after 20 minutes he secretly started giving dirty things. the old Shawarma. He realized that I saw him, started laughing, they made a fool of me, I took my paid money and got the receipt back, I keep the receipt as a souvenir, I believe that such a thing should not happen in a country like canada, I do not recommend Lazeez company to anyone.

I ordered 2 chicken on sticks on Nov,18 around 5.30pm. The quantity was less compare to other locations. We pay money your container is small & you guys reduce the potion of the food as well does not make sense . Fries 🍟 was soft & When we were pay there is option for tips seriously? Tips for what? Not recommended

Staff can’t just be bothered with. Only handed me half of my order and forgot the rest until I asked for my complete order, I was only one in shop. Zero customer service skills. Seems too much interested in talking to each other.

I ordered a falafel on the rocks with all the vegetable toppings. I got rice and falafel only. Im very disappointed. I can't even finish my dinner it's so plain and has nothing to it.

Ridiculous! I was told when i ordered it would take 20 minutes to prepare my wrap cause I chose the Lazeez Special wrap. To my knowledge the only thing that makes this chicken wrap different is the addition of pineapple. But i waited the extra time only to get the food home and it WASN'T WHAT I ORDERED! There was absolutely ZERO pineapple in the wrap and why would adding pineapple take an extra 20 minutes? The place was fairly empty. Everyone who ordered after me and within that 20 min window I waited got their food and left. I paid extra and waited extra for NOTHING.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. I can’t wait to return for another amazing meal! Highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic, mouth-watering shawarma!
