I tried this place because of the great reviews, and I think it's very good, but it's not the best I've ever had. The size of the large wrap is great. Very big, decent for the price. The taste is also good. Flavours mix well together, but something is missing.. I just can't put my finger on what it is. Service is excellent. Best part of my experience was the lady behind the counter. Would I eat here again....? Probably, yeah. It just won't be my first choice.

Just ordered the chicken on the rocks from uber eats from my friends phone. The rice was uncooked. Felt like eating rubber. Had to throw it out. Can see that it still looks like grains in the pic

I just visited and thought it was amazing! Very friendly staff, helpful with it being my first time to this restaurant. The portion size you get plus a drink for $15 is a steal! Get the lunchbox deal. So good and so worth it. They made it fresh to order and it was handed to me steaming hot. Well seasoned and well cooked. I will 100% be returning to this place! Highly recommend.

My sister and I decided to try Lazeez today for lunch, for the very first time. We both orderd a chicken shwarama plate on rice with a side of turnip and side of taziki. We noticed right away that the side of taziki was incredibly tiny which was dissapointing as we expected something a bit larger than that since you pay extra. We also noticed that the meal had tons of rice and barely any meat so the ratio was off. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it was tasty with the garlic sauce/ tahini. The rice was cooked perfectly as well but lacked any flavor. The portion size in general was decent biut would be improved with more of the protein topping (meat). Overall we enjoyed it but we aren't sure if we will order again. Maybe!

Take out location in Barrie. Food was good but I was pretty disappointed in the meat portion - the entire meal seemed to be rice . Paid extra for five little pieces of turnip and $2 for tzatziki that came in the tiniest container ! Overall it was good though 👍

Lazeez Shawarma blew me away! The wraps were packed with flavor, and the meat was perfectly cooked. The staff was super friendly, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to for more delicious shawarma!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lazeez Shawarma, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. Their friendly attitude and excellent service set the tone for the meal ahead. The food was absolutely fantastic! The shawarma was perfectly seasoned, tender, and flavorful, with just the right amount of spices. The portions were generous, and everything was fresh, including the toppings and sauces. The wrap was warm and soft, complementing the meat wonderfully. I also tried some of their sides, and they were equally delicious – the hummus and fries were a perfect match. It’s clear that Lazeez Shawarma cares deeply about quality and customer satisfaction. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and I left with a full stomach and a smile on my face. I can’t wait to return for another amazing meal! Highly recommend!
