Don’t want to write this but they will always do something to piss you off. Order a small samosa poutine for delivery which is 11.99 on menu online and they charged me $16.99. When I called and asked the guy said we have a minimum delivery amount. Ok that’s fine but you should have told me, I would have ordered a large poutine atleast or a drink maybe if I am paying for it. How can you decide by yourself to charge me extra and give any random explanation because this is not the first time I have ordered just the poutine from Lava Pizza. Although I do not expect that this review would make any difference to you but if it does, feel free to give me a call.

Today I order extra large pizza with that i order 3 dips for 2 dips i select honey chilli one but in notes i mentioned to give me honey garlic instead of honey chilli. What they did they gave me honey chilli even i mentioned in notes because they don’t have option for honey garlic dip on uber eats and price are also same for mostly all the dips. I will also attach picture for my order. And second thing they have offer going on if you will spend 30$ you will get free item which was garlic bread. My order already up to 30$ before tax and they didn’t give any free item with it. This is not about free item but about your policies and deals. So please I request you when you guys packaging order please make sure you will see every details of the order rather than rushing to pack wrong orders.

I wanted to give negative but there is no option for it. I ordered paneer pizza with butter chicken sauce base and asked for well-done. Pizza was so super dry that it was hard to chew. This has happened twice now. Not going there anymore. They lost their regular customer now.

One of my favourite places to grab a slice of a whole pie from. They make a fantastic pizza and I love their garlic dips. The food may not be as elegant as some of the premium chains, but it tastes great and the prices are better than the competition 💖👍

I ordered pizza from this store from uber eats and it’s too bad. This is serious health related concern with the food as the food was soggy, raw and unhealthy to eat. I hope i had an option to rating this store below one star

Heard a lot about their Samosa poutine. Tried with high hope. Was impressed with the taste. Crushed vegetable samosa was the actual ingredient along with chopped onions, green peppers, tomatoes, green peas, cilantro and some white sauce on top to made the taste amazing. Medium size was good for 2 of us. 10/10 for the food. 4 star is just for their customer service.
