The men’s washroom is dirty. Smells horrible. Not sure when it was cleaned the last time. The mirror is all smudged up. The burger is mediocre. Might as well sell your burgers for 1$. The meat used is extremely salty. The fries are decent. The food handler forgot to put tomatoes and lecture… ON A BURGER…. What?! Please stick to making middle eastern/Indian food. Explains why the restaurant is empty on a Saturday night. I don’t recommend and I won’t be returning. I hope I don’t get sick. I will be reporting to York region health inspectors.

Food by far is the best feat for this place. Really well priced and the portion is really good. The only thing I get confused on is the decor. The lights are, well a little over done. And the wait time to receive your food is sooo long. In the end it was worth it. I will also add the sauce is very tasty as they give you a nice dollop of it.

This is the best and most premium shawarma I’ve ever had. The plates and wraps were incredibly juicy, with authentic, crispy, and flavorful taste. This place is definitely my new go-to spot. I loved the experience, and the staff was excellent!

Had a dinner with my friend, we wanted to try both wrap and plate. Order one chicken plate with wrap and asked the cook to split in two portion with customization. He did very good job and we enjoyed both plate and wrap. All food were flavourful snd tasty. Love to come back soon. Thank you guys for great food and services.

I recently visited this restaurant and had an amazing experience! The shawarma is absolutely delicious—packed with flavor, tender meat, and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, and the fresh ingredients really make a difference. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love the this new Shawarma place, Lava Grill, that is very near to my office. I asked them to customize my chicken bowl for my Keto Diet, so they did it well and served me chicken shawarma on salad. I loved it. Definitely recommend to my colleagues

Premium Prices Without Premium Quality Food Chicken shawarma wrap Wrap was served lukewarm, light on fillings, dark meat chicken, the wrap was closer to a tortilla than a saj or laffa Garlic Roasted Potatoes Were definitely not made fresh to order, served lukewarm Service Fine, unremarkable Atmosphere Shares a space with Boardwalk Burgers, nice enough but no stand - out features in terms of the decor or design Summary The website for this chain does a great job at describing its offerings and its 'premium' offerings sets it apart from its competitors but in reality grossly underdelivered. When several other places in the area with similar offerings - Osmow's, Shelby's and Shawarma Stop to name a few, this place will need to up its game if it wants to complete. Definitely not worth the $22.
