The good expectations I had watching this place on Google were not only confirmed but surpassed. Tim was very kind in giving us a lesson on how they made the syrup in this family owned business, after that he let us try the four different syrup grades and the cotton candy his son was making. There’s also the possibility to do a walk between the maple trees. If it wasn’t for the fact that I live in Italy I would definitely come back.

Visiting Canada from Philadelphia this was a truly authentic Canadian experience. To see where maple syrup is made and the extremely friendly and informative Canadians that make it was priceless. The syrup was delicious and something you could never find in a store. We tasted all the types and left with the light and medium syrups along with a bag of maple candy. If traveling or in Canada this is a must visit location.

Visited March 24, 2019 to watch Tim and his crew produce fresh syrup with multiple samples of candy and Maple floss. Very informative workers with Tim Lalonde, owner describing his methods for making Grade A Maple Syrup.
