Lago Cafe is a family run Italian restaurant that is home to one of the best dinner and dancing experiences in the Greater Toronto Area. Whether it’s our Italian inspired rustic menu served in our ambient dining room or our elegant ballroom paired with sounds of Italy, we assure you it will be an experience to remember. We host a series of events through-out the year which has been described as a great way to meet new friends and enjoy great Italian cuisine while dancing and signing the night away!

The reason behind the success of Lago's is that the owner's take such pride and put their heart and sole into Lago's. Romalo, has that true southern Italian hospitality towards his guests. He has created a true family atmosphere!. Our group had a little problem in the past and Romalo reached out to me and went out of his way to ensure that our experience was nothing but positive. We went there last night with my group which was 40 people. They accommodated us and ensured that we were treated well! His staff is amazing! Carmine has a heart of gold! Thank you Romalo for making our evening memorable. I'd like to mention the food was exceptional, the music was fantastic! The best value in the City! This is why they have repeat customers that go every week! Complimenti Romalo!

I had my daughters baby shower there 80 plus women. Everything was wonderful. Carmen and the staff were amazing. The food very good. The antipasto had homemade cappicollo and sopresata. I recommend the restaurant and catering. I didn't have to worry about anything Carmen took care of the details and made everything run smoothly. We are also catering from lago for christmas. I love coming here the staff are amazing at customer service, so helpful and accommodating. Been coming here for some time now and my family loves it here. The food, drinks and atmosphere is a blast for dancing. Definitely recommend.

WOW! WOW! What an amazing night,I was trained as a Sous chef and the Calamari, Shrimp, Salad was 10 out of 5, if I could give 50 out of 5 I would. I will be a regular now, what a great family owned business, VIP service all the way!!

They host dinner and DJ dancing here over the weekend. It usually has a nice crowd family styles age can be from 15-85. They charge $20 entrance fee just for dancing alone. I thought it was expensive because they don’t provide anything except you are joining others who had dinner here and dance. There is a bar that you can order drinks for extra.

I absolutely love this place. Has a widow who loves disco funk or rock music mostly, have not found any around my area that provides the dancing or music, this place is not too far and it`s so much fun, the dancing, the food, the servers, the owners, the food the dancing oh did I already mention that, oh well, it deserves a double take. I have finally found a place that gives me a reason to dress to kill and strip the dance floor, a very old wise saying, cause that`s exactly what we do on Friday`s. They play mostly latin dance music, or they try, my friend and I push the DJ to the limit for disco, and well, he never disappoints us, and many of the ladies mostly, join us, see you there and don`t be a square!!! Below some of the outfits and fun wigs worn, it`s also a fashion show, did I forget to mention, so ladies, you must look your best, see you on the dance floor!!!
