Lageez Authentic Indian Cuisine

We have been going to Lageez for years, even before my daughters were born! We do mostly takeouts. My girls absolutely love their butter chicken. It is not too spicy with a lovely tomato based sauce so both my 9 and 11 year old order it every time. Our other household favs (mild to spicy) include Palak Paneer, Shahi Paneer, Eggplant Bharta, Curry Goat, Lamb Biryani, Bhindi Do Pyaza (okra). Most dishes come with rice or nann but we always get extra. Garlic is my fav but my girls prefer the butter nann, both are delicious especially when eaten hot. I LOVE the aromatic, saucy and homey flavour of their dishes, on top of a heaping serving of rice and a ripped piece of nann. We always have left overs and are just as good when heated up the next day.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Lageez with my wife. The food was delicious, authentic, and full of flavor. Everything was served hot and fresh, right on time. The service was top-notch – our server was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great Indian food and excellent service!

Food here is really good! My first time and if I’m in the area again, I’ll probably revisit. We ordered a variety of dishes and we were quite pleased with everything. I just think portions were a tad bit smaller with how much they were charging. All in all a great experience!

Shrimp Goan curry from @lageezcuisine is a never miss dish. I loved this hidden north Indian cuisine gem at #scarborough . Very nice ambiance and friendly staff. Their garlic nan was very soft, thumbs up to their self made #kulfi . Mutton biryani was very spicy but it could be timley err. Very best restaurant with reasonable price. Must try - shrimp Goan curry. Will definitely return!

Awesome! Truly awesome. We had tandoori chicken, paneer tikka masala, garlic naan, chaat papdi and gulab jamun. By far the best authentic indian food I’ve had in Toronto. If someone is missing proper delhi wala khana, please visit here.

First time coming here and this place deserves more than 5 stars! We were looking for a nice place to have dinner and we found this hidden gem in Scarborough First the service is excellent and very welcoming Second the atmosphere was very warm and pleasant And as for the food is was fabulously and wonderfully amazing!! We have have been to many Indian restaurants and I have to say that this place is one of the best ones we have been to!! We ordered the Veggie mix platter as our appetizers And for our mains we ordered the Mint Chicken, Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Korma All three dishes we very delicious!! For dessert we ordered Gulab Jamun with some nice masala chai to end the night If you are looking for a wonderful place to dine and have delicious food, then this is the place and you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic restaurant, super clean, friendly and courteous sever. Always checking on you and giving out a lovely hospitality. Had ordered pakoda in starters. Bharta as min course which comes with 1 butter Nan or small rice plate as complimentary you have to choose 1 among the can complimentary. I had ordered garlic Nan as well. With that I took fresh lime soda. Nan were super soft and tasty. I liked both the Nan. The good thing about the main course baigan Bharta that it was not oily and quantity was sufficient for people of 2. I will certainly recommend this restaurant as your get away for sure. Went there with my family today. They have good vegetarian options. Obviously they are less than the non-vegetarian options but are still there and they are good. I only wish there food would be more spicy as an Authentic Indian restaurant but it wasn't bad at all. It was good actually but needed to be more on the spicy side of things. Also the service is nice. The servers really know how to make the customers feel at ease.
