From out of town for a conference and we were looking for something that wasn’t Tims. We were very happy to find this place. Our coffees were a great pick-me-up, and the Spartan Wraps hit the spot. Staff were friendly and the tables were clean. What a nice bright spot to start the day.

Sharmila and her team at La Prep in Etobicoke have provided catering services for a few of our corporate training events. They have provided a great service with amazing menu items to accommodate all needs! The team looked after setup and cleanup, making the events seemless. Do not recommend anything other than coffee from here. This is my second time getting sick from the food served at this cafe. Chicken Curry bowl with raw chicken - yikes.

I’ve changed my review of this establishment. They’ve clearly made an effort to improve their food quality and level of service. Great to see this operator responding to what the customer wants.

I have started coming to the office regularly and I am happy to see the cafe back open again. Staff gave us a warm welcome and we enjoyed the lunch & coffee there. We will be back

This place is too over priced for what they offer. I ordered a cuban sandwich, literately had 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of capicola and they charged me $9. Time to switch up the menu, and add some other flavors. Do not waste your money...
