Amazing family business!! Love the family and staff the Mexican waitress is super sweet always with a beautiful smile on her face along with Mariana and all other waitress/servers. The food is absolutely my favourite I always get chivito and my fav desert is flan! This is a place I always want to go to and is so much like sitting in la pasiva in uruguay😍 miss you guys and wish you all the very best!!💖

Very friendly lady was very helpful in making my selection for the first time eating at this Uruguayan staple I had the chivito and ham and cheese empanada.

I have been going here for over 10 years, and I will keep going until I die. The traditional Chivito and Chivito Canadiense are the apex of comfort food. Juicy, thin sliced steak, with ham, cheese and fried egg on top, on top of fries, and with potato salad and palm hearts? Yeah, definitely worth the trip. And the Pizza Mozzarella is unbelievably good. Its just a very nice dough, with robustly flavorful tomato sauce and fresh, stretchy cheese. Just talking about it makes me want to go right now. The owners are very warm as well, it’s a comfortable place to be in. Extremely recommended.

I know this place since it open new. Is no longer the same. The owners have let it run down. The staff have been rotated. The diner is closed. Only take out now. Hours diminish to no service past 6pm on weekdays and barely open on weekends. The food, well is so blend now. Meat very chewy and fries very soguey. Prices have gone way up not even their menu print keeps up. I was served blind with the shock bill at the end. I can no longer recommend this place.

The majority of reviews seem to be from Uruguayans which is why they have such high reviews. The place is not bad but certainly not the greatest, I am convinced they sell foods that they should not be, by that I mean that is past the due date or made several days before. Realistically the place is worth three stars.

This place cake highly recommended by a dear friend and she was the one who took us there first time. It lived up to the expectations. I had Chicken Chivito which was just awsome. The side order of fries was a bit disappointing ( a few cold/soggy) fries but i am sure it was an isolated incident.
