A restaurant with great service, good atmosphere, and fantastic food. Starting with the tortilla chips paired with an extremely spicy salsa was a nice touch. We then got the guacamole which was super airy and refreshing, not too salty, and we absolutely devoured it. I then got the cream cheese stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon, which is absolutely as delicious as it sounds. For dessert, the guava cheesecake was an excellent departure from the traditionally rich dessert. It was bright and refreshing with not too much sweetness, almost a cross between a sorbet and cheesecake. Service was fantastic, as the staff was super friendly and attentive. Overall, I'm glad we decided to check this place out on a whim. Would definitely return to check out the rest of the menu.

La Nayarita was so much fun! Brought a friend for her bday and the vibe was JUST RIGHT! We did sit out in the patio but there are heaters and we felt warm and toasty. The delicious drinks also helped with that! Arturo, our server was friendly, quick and informative! He told us what was in the drinks and gave us Wonderful suggestions for food. We ate the Quesabirrias, Flautas and Enchiladas and we enjoyed every single bite! A live band played and we just felt completely at home. Highly recommend this spot! I'm coming back again on Taco Tuesday!

Pretty solid experience across the board. I saw that they have a $100 date night promo which I'm sure it's worth it. Food is fresh, tasty and presented beautifully (I'll take pics next time). Service is exceptional (even if we weren't in Toronto where service overall has dipped). The atmosphere and vibes do set the tone I'd say. The patio in the back and live music I look forward to also 😊

One of the best Mexican restaurants in city. Their mole is fantastic!!! Rich and really tender chicken. The molcajetes had quite a variety of grilled items draped around the edges with a tangy grilled set of vegetables sitting at the bottom. Come here!

La Nayarita has daily deals, my favourite is 2 tacos for $5 on Tuesdays. Not all tacos are included in this promo but your server will assist you on that. My friend tried the frozen daiquiri and it was delicious. I feel like the prices without the promo are a little steep but there’s always a deal you can take advantage of and the food and drinks are really good. They have a very nice sheltered back patio perfect to enjoy the good weather.

Wowww literally the BEST authentic Mexican restaurant in Toronto! The food was delicious the atmosphere was amazing. They even had the most talented Mariachi performer singing to us for my husbands birthday. Couldn’t ask for better service and lovely staff. 110% recommend!!!!🎉🎉🎉

Came in on a Thursday evening and we were the only customers in the dining room for most of the time that we were there. The lady serving us brought over some water and tortilla chips and dip. Tried their Mezcal hibiscus cocktail. It had a nice spiced rim and the drink had a fresh taste to it. Little bit too sweet for my taste, but overall pretty good. Liked the smoky flavour with the mezcal. We tried the pastor, baja fish, and baja shrimp tacos. The pork was actually quite dry unfortunately, but the pineapple helped give some moisture and brighten it up. Both the shrimp and the fish were maybe a bit greasy and a little tough. The salad in the tacos helped though to cut the grease and provide some moisture. Had the tres leches cake for dessert which was pretty good. The cake is moist, as expected, and it was satisfying. Overall, I liked the vibe here. The staff are very warm and friendly. It did feel a bit weird being there alone though with no other customers.

We came by at the end of the night and even though the kitchen was getting ready to close, we were greeted and seated with friendliness and kindness. The servers, Mariana and Fernanda, were so kind and gave excellent recommendations! All of the food was so flavourful and fresh. So grateful for the experience… we will be back again!
