Went there with my wife for dinner. Great friendly staff. I am originally Lebanese and I know Lebanese food. The food was amazingly delicious and the service was great. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Definitely not coming back. Ordered extra tahini and extra hot sauce on my falafel sandwich and extra tahini on my tahini salad. Both were bone dry, with almost no tahini at all, and falafel was cold, and had no hot sauce whatsoever on it. I've been a customer since they were called the Sheik, and were east of Hess Street. Used to be such a great spot. All good things come to an end, and this is one of them.

Just picked up an order from this location and was so disappointed at how cheap and garbage this order was. After spending almost $100 on a bunch of different items just to receive what we did was a huge disappointment. I can count the pieces of beef shawarma on my hands that was on the plate. For the price they charge this is absolutely ridiculous. Leading people to believe these plates are for more than one person but filling it up with rice and 5 shredded pieces of chicken and beef. The Falafael plate was basically empty? Why are we paying for a plate when it’s two pieces of cucumbers, two pieces of tomatoes and Falafael?

Unfortunately, we won't be back. Overall it was a disappointment. If you get a sandwich maybe it's okay but we had two dishes amongst the many and that is too expensive for what you get. The vegetarian dish is pictured here and cost $33 for small portions of button mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, cauliflower, hummus and baba ghanoush! I personally found the dressing on my fattoush salad too acidic. The pita was stale and, I would suggest, store bought not homemade. I can highlight that the falafel had a nice crispy, crunchy outside and were soft on the inside.

I work for the hospital and normally go to the downtown location but I have been working across the street lately and decided to order from this location. The first time I ordered I asked for Fattoush salad and a chicken skewer. (I prefer the skewer over the salad & chicken because the chicken skewer is more juicy and less sauce) I was told it would be 20mins. It was brought out right away and I questioned if the chicken was a skewer and if it was cooked long enough. The man from the kitchen assured me it was. When I got home my salad was limp and was given the wrong chicken. I called to let them know what had happened and received great customer service. They even went as far as to comp my order. A couple days later I ordered again and my food was excellent! Exactly what I ordered. The following week I placed the same order and when I got home i noticed that the chicken was not the skewer that I ordered. When I called to inform them, the owner came on the phone to ARGUE with me!!! I couldn’t believe it! I was told word for word “you have called to complain twice so if you don’t like my food don’t come back” I am appalled. I have been going to the downtown location for YEARS and have never run into this issue, which is why I called to let them know. I am very disappointed and will let others know how I was treated.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the friendly service. Best of all their honesty is above reproach. My wife forgot her purse hanging on the back of her chair. Being from out of town we didn’t realize till we got home almost 2 hours later and phoned immediately but they were closed. We left a message and within 10 minutes we got a call saying the purse was safe.Next day we recovered it including some cash, credit cards, health card and driver’s license….what a relief! Helen was our server so we thank her and other staff members for their great honesty…..we’ll definitely be back.

I ordered the Beeftek and the La Luna platter. Both were amazing. We were greeted with amazing service and a welcoming atmosphere. I will be back.

My first time at this place. My friend wanted to go here for lunch and so we did. We had their lunch special—2 items for $20. I had their shish tawook wrap with fattoush salad. The wrap was a disappointment! The pita although grilled, was stale and the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. The salad was waaaay too tart. The place was quiet and our server was quite nice and attentive. I love lebanese food and I've been to plenty of places and my experience here was not at all impressive. Will not go back.
