The food was great! But only issue the sink for both of the washrooms wasn’t working I wanted to wash my hands before eating cause I was out the whole day felt dirty but overall great food!

Terrible service. It took a while for them to take our order. After this both my husband and I ordered the "bandeja paisa" ($30.00 each) with hard eggs, when the plates came the eggs were sunny side up so we ask the lady for a plate to send them to the kitchen to be cook hard, the lady was upset apparently. There were 4 ladies in this small restaurant and all 4 were talking and no one came once to ask if we were ok, if we needed something or anything. My husband went to ask them for water as no one even look at the tables. He had to go to pay as no one ask if we need it dessert, coffee or a bill. Needless to say there was no tip for them as we weren't served properly. Food was good but, not coming back again.

I visit this place with my wife and enjoy a wonderful lunch that end up being dinner to. Food is delicius ..good portions.. wonderful service and specially all very fresh food.. we drove all the way from Ajax just to tryout la Bonita Colombian food restaurant.. and It did not disappoint. They have a very full menu but at the end Do Not Forget to try the 3 leches cake.... 100% recommended

Delicious Colombian restaurant in Mississauga with huge portions and really flavourful food. The red beans and rice was one of the best I've had! They really packed a punch with so much unexpected flavour. It's worth mentioning that the restaurant has an extra level of seating located upstairs if you have a larger group. We were worried as the pictures online only show the main floor with very limited seating. They also only take cash and e-transfer as a heads up.

This is a very no frills restaurant serving home cooked Colombian (and Latin food). There are a few tables on the main floor and an upstairs seating area that has a fair amount of stairs to get to. Perhaps I visited at an off peak time (400pm), but there weren't more than 1 couple at the restaurant at any point The restaurant it tucked away in the corner of a plaza with plenty of parking. The food itself (as I mentioned seems/tastes) home cooked and is simple - perhaps more than I expected and hoped for; this was my first time trying Colombian food. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa (Colombian Platter) - Grilled Steak, Pork Belly, Sausage, Fried Egg, Rice, Beans, Sweet Plantain, Avocado & Corn Flat Bread. Everything was cooked well and simply seasoned. Our server barely spoke English and was able to take our order but didn't really check in with us at all. I felt prices were on the high side for the portions received, and I didn't see any desserts on the menu; most of the beverages seemed to be fruit juices and soda in bottles. What I can say with certainty is that this is a clean restaurant run by kind people that serve good home cooked meals. If you are used to this cuisine, I think you will love it. If you want to try this cuisine, this is a good place to start!
