Kulhad Chai Bar was a letdown. They claim their tea is handmade, but it’s obviously machine-made, which makes the high prices hard to swallow. The kulhad pizza? Let’s just say it tasted like someone left it in the oven during a coffee break—burnt and barely edible. As for the staff, they seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else, and honestly, same. I wouldn’t go back, even if it was the only spot open during a zombie apocalypse. At that point, I’d just let the zombies have me. PS- ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS THAT U SEE ARE PEOPLE SELLING THEIR CREDIBILITY FOR A FREE SAMOSA.

I wish i could have rate them in negative stars but unfortunately have to give them one. These just handing over machine made tea in kullad and frothing it. Cant believe how these cheating their Customers for some business. Such a Waste of time, energy and money. Throw your money in trash before going there. Atleast you will save your time and energy. Not recommended at all…

It's a great place to visit. So many memories from India freshened up having Kulhad Adrak Chai. Miss Sukhmanpreet served us very nicely with warm welcome and good service.

What customers rely on is trust and purity of food served to them. This restaurant lacks behind for serving trust.. At 8:52PM yesterday I visited this place with my frnds coz of the eye catchy kulhads kept in the display. I ordered kulhad pizza and Ginger Tea and before ordering the chai I asked the server twice that is it hand made or machine chai she promised it to be Hand made chai. I trusted her and ordered but when I received the chai it was machine made(it’s easy to check if it is machine made). I politely Confronted her that it looked like machine chai..she again responded no its hand made chai, I asked her again she said I don't know but it is hand made chai.. that took me at first she shouldn’t had promised it to be hand made chai if it wasn’t, if so after receiving the chai and asking her twice she should have responded truthfully that it was machine chai. Ik this isn’t big issue but the main thing was I trusted her words and was served something I didn’t wished to have. Please be truthful to your customers if you want them to visit again. P.S. the kulhad pizza also didn’t tasted good.
