It’s a food court so not much atmosphere and the line up is terrible but luckily it does pass. Average time I’ve waited is 30 minutes. But the food is excellent! And the amount you get is impossible to compare to other places. I got the bbq pork on rice and other times bbq pork and duck. There is less duck but at least it has meat on it. The bbq pork is lean but not dry, very important! Plus you get a soup, it’s mostly broth. But for $9 😮 you cannot go wrong. Cash only too. Would I go back? 🤔 yup been back at least 3X now.

BBQ Pork and Roasted Pork on Rice was awesome. The BBQ pork was nicely seasoned and flavourful. The Roasted Pork was moist and tender. The pork skin was nice and crunchy. Portion sizes are generous especially on the meats, as well on the hefty portion of rice. The veggie (boiled cabbage) is good and complements well with the pork and rice. Wish they would provide more veggies though. The soup is really good and filled with umami. If you are craving a good BBQ Pork or Roasted Pork, would definitely recommend to check out this shop at First Markham Place :)

Rude service. Asked for sauce and the lady said why didn't you ask earlier, well why didn't she offer or why didn't she ask the customers if we would like sauce or not. It should be offered right? We asked for half fatty bbq pork and we got the leanest pork cut into BIG CHUNKS. The roasted pork with crispy skin we ordered was good but it was barely even cut. Pieces were all stuck together. We won't be back. Their neighbours are so much nicer.

Service was slow and there's always a line. Ordered charsiew (BBQ pork) with roasted pork rice combo - portion was decent, meats were lean and tender with crispy pork crackling. Personally I prefer this stall compared to the neighbouring rival stall. However, be prepared to wait during peak hours and cash only payment.

Best rice in a box for the value you can get. With generous portions. Any combination of two meats with rice or even up to 3 meats. Nice side of veggies, and soup to pair with your order. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something cheap and to fill you up. Just a heads up there always to be a line up and cash is the only form of payment accepted here. There are two atms in the mall if you don’t have any cash on you.

Price is good, and food is average. They really need to find a way to improve the customer service as it's very inefficient how the staffs handle at the front. Lots of chatting among staffs, they even gave the wrong order of today's take out order. The roasted pork supposed to be paired with the chicken, not red sausage. Very unpleasant surprise when you got home. Their chatting was stalling the speed of serving customers, that leads to the long queue which gave people illusion that they are popular.

Always a lineup. In this day and age, where else could you get large portions for under $10? Regular customer of the BBQ pork and Roast pork on rice for $8.99. Menu item #9. At 6:50pm on Sunday, lineup of 40 people with a 45m+ wait in line.
