I had an amazing experience at Konak Turkish Cuisine! The food was incredible—so fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Emin and Cagri were fantastic; they gave us the best recommendations, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. Every dish they suggested was spot-on, and the whole evening felt special. If you’re looking for delicious Turkish food and top-notch service, this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come back!

Really impressed with the customer service at this Turkish restaurant. Not only was the food amazing with great price points, the food came out surprisingly fast with our group of 20 people in a restaurant that’s also filled with big groups. There was always someone around to ask for help. They even gave everyone split bills and the server remembered everyone’s order without having to ask again. This is PRIME example of customer service and how all restaurants should be. Would gladly pay the tax, gratuities and tip!!

Went there on a busy Saturday night with my friend without a reservation (not recommended because they are so busy), but they accommodated for us so nicely. Loved every single dish, including the complimentary bread and dips. Despite how busy it was, I like that we still got attention from the servers. The food: excellent and such large portions! Succulent kebabs, full of flavors and just perfect seasoning. Was my second time there, but definitely won't be my last.

I recently visited a Konak Turkish restaurant and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was exceptionally flavorful, cooked to perfection. The interior was bright and spacious. The customer service was impeccable, with a friendly hostess Betul, who made sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary tea was a delightful touch, adding to the overall warmth of the experience. This restaurant truly combines fantastic food with excellent service, making it a place I would highly recommend.

We are visiting the city from Montreal, we stopped by for a quick meal before heading home, and we were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The ambiance was warm, cozy, and spotless, making it a perfect spot to relax. As lovers of authentic Turkish cuisine—my husband being from Izmir and very familiar with the real taste of Turkish food—we were thoroughly impressed. One of the highlights was being able to watch our food being grilled right from our table, and the freshly baked bread from the wood-fired oven was an absolute treat! The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the portions were very generous. We had leftovers packed for our road trip, and even after a six-hour drive home, the food remained moist and delicious. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner/manager during our visit, and their hospitality made us feel truly welcome. From being welcomed in to being escorted out, everything was nothing short of spectacular. The owners went above and beyond in ensuring a top notch experience for me and my friends. The food was delicious, and worth the buck! Service was consistently great with the owners coming to check in to ensure we were well taken care of, and presented a variety of options for us from appetizers to main course and desserts from Turkey. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know!

I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and we had an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the quality was top-notch. A special mention to the manager, Ibrahim, who was outstanding. He was extremely respectful, helpful, and kind, always with a smile on his face. His service made our visit even more enjoyable, and we felt truly welcomed. Because of the excellent food and the amazing service from Ibrahim, I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and anyone looking for a dining. 100% will visit again!
