I highly recommend Koko's Tiffin for anyone looking for a great Punjabi Vegetarian Tiffin Service in the GTA. The food is excellent quality, and the taste is very delicious. The Tiffin is always delivered on time as scheduled, and the customer service is always excellent when communicating with them. It has been a great experience being a customer of Koko's Tiffin. Wish them continued success with their business!

The tiffin service is the best in Scarborough, I have been subscribed to them from past 3-4 months and there isn't a single day in those days that there was compromise on quality and standards of the food. If you need perfect Indian Food at your doorstep, Koko is the one to get.

I would like to share my honest review of Koko's Kitchen Tiffin Service, and I have chosen to give them 3 stars. The highlight of their service is the freshness and homemade feel of the rotis, which is consistently commendable. The sabjis, especially dishes like chane, are delicious, contributing to an overall positive dining experience.However, my rating is tempered by a few factors. While the food quality deserves a 4 out of 5, I felt compelled to give an overall rating of 3 due to a less-than-satisfactory interaction with their customer service. Unfortunately, messaging them left me with the impression of rudeness, as there were no proper replies to my queries, and the responses lacked the professionalism I would expect from a business.Despite this, I appreciate the quality of their food, and I am willing to overlook the communication aspect. I may consider using Koko's Kitchen Tiffin Service in the future based on the positive culinary experience, hoping that the customer service aspect improves over time.

Utterly disappointed after being a customer for 9 months . They provide good food initially but with the time quality gets degraded. *Not fresh food * *missed deliveries* * Boring menu* Kept the service bcz I live alone and can’t cook . #Majboori Only money grabbers, Not at all care about customers ! See the chat . Sometimes don’t even bother to reply .

Been on the monthly 2 veg + roti package for a couple of months and loving it! The taste and salt/spice level is just like home and the delivery service is good too. Very responsive to messages and always willing to accommodate to special requests and exceptions.
