Ordered take out recently and was not impressed with Samui pad Thai (chicken), the stri fry and spring rolls were nice and so was rice ball salad. Another disappointment was mango sticky rice the mangoes were not ripe enough. In general the spice level is also not Thai spicy even if you say Thai spicy levels .. not a bad Thai food place but there are better options available.

Probably the best value Thai restaurant in town! I order from here around once a week. They have BOGO promos Monday-Thursday on certain takeout items (Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Curries, etc.) if you call in your order. If you decide to order something else on the menu, you get a 25% discount by paying in cash! (Note, the 25% off doesn't apply with the BOGO) The portions are very generous, and even without the discounts the value is good. The ambiance is pretty lack luster, so would recommend doing takeout. If you're looking for affordable Thai takeout downtown this is 100% the place to do it at.

Great food, maybe a bit heavy on the cilantro. Good sized portions, especially the Fresh Rolls which were huge. Oddly the table menu doesn't list several items, such as the excellent Thai Ice Tea. It was a quiet night and the server wasn't around much, I think they were busy in the back prepping a lot of takeout orders. But they checked in frequently enough, and were always available if we wanted them (there's even a bell on the counter if needed). She was extremely polite and very nice, I don't understand the posts about poor service. We'll definitely be going back again.

Delivery of two chicken Pad Thai, using an online food app. Medium flavour, tangy and sweet with the effect ratio of ingredients. We loved this meal.

Worst pad thai in my life. I can’t believe that people pay $20 for this. Zero vegetables other than uncooked, raw bean sprouts placed on top of noodles. I note that this is a chicken pad thai. I counted a grand total of five pieces. I grew up in Bangkok and had hundreds of pad thais in my life even in Toronto, and I can unequivocally say this is the worst. Save your money and bring your business elsewhere. Anyone can cook noodles with spice and it certainly doesn’t cost $20. See attached picture.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Koh Samui, a fantastic Thai restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly service. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with traditional Thai decor that added to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. But of course, the highlight of the evening was the food! Koh Samui's menu was extensive, with a wide variety of Thai dishes to choose from. Each dish was prepared with the freshest ingredients and expertly spiced to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the pad thai and the green curry, which were both bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of heat. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable considering the high quality of the food and service. Server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations. Overall, I would highly recommend Koh Samui to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Thai dining experience. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

They have a great variety and selection of Thai dishes. They have good Thai tea. The restaurant wasn't full and somehow the service was slow, they even forgot to bring us our Pad Thai. We had to ask for it. You could tell that they did it expressly since the flavor was not the best. We told the waitress and she didn't charge us So in general was a good experience.
