Kinton Ramen at Harbourfront is an absolute gem! The food is nothing short of spectacular — every bowl of ramen is a burst of rich, authentic flavors that are perfectly balanced. The noodles are cooked to perfection, the broth is hearty and flavorful, and the toppings are fresh and generous. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring you have the best dining experience possible. They are quick to make recommendations and accommodate any requests with a smile. The waterfront location adds an extra charm, making it the perfect spot for a cozy meal with a great view. Whether you’re a ramen enthusiast or trying it for the first time, Kinton Ramen at Harbourfront is an experience not to be missed. Highly recommended!

Ordered 2 veggie Chashu miso with thick noodles, but the ramen came with chicken and pork! And two different broths and different toppings! As someone who cannot eat meat this is so disappointing and dangerous. I picked it up from the restaurant myself and my name and proper order were on the bag, so it’s not a delivery issue :(

Pretty good ramen spot. Not the best I've had, but pretty good. I tried their golden ramen special that came with ground pork and I added in the pork belly to elevate it. The only thing I found weird was that they didn't really have a way to make it spicy and the sauce they gave me was Buffalo sauce which I would never even think about adding to ramen. The gyoza were tasty.

this place is a huge WOW! the food was delicious 😋 the staff were super nice and kind. we had the combo for 2 people, which included 2 ramen (we had the pork and the beef 🍜). Both of them were super tasty, especially the beef, as the kind waitress suggested, and she was totally right. plus, we had the gyoza, which was a good starter. the atmosphere was very pleasant, the place was clean and inviting, and I'm definitely going back👌🥰

Today, my family (4 adults and a 3-year-old) decided to try Kinton, expecting a great dining experience based on the glowing reviews. Spoiler alert: It wasn’t. Here’s what happened: First, while waiting for our food, a server came over and asked if we could “move our child’s chair to one side” and “stand on the other side” of the table so another family (3 adults and 1 child) could join us. Yes, you read that right—two completely unrelated families with kids crammed around one not-so-big table. With several empty tables available, the request made no sense, especially since the other family quickly sat at one of them, making the whole situation feel unnecessary and awkward. Later, as I was showing the menu to my toddler, who was quietly flipping through it under my supervision. A staff member walked over and—without a word—took the menu right out of his little hands. As an adult, you’d expect at least a simple “Excuse me” or “Can I have it?” before grabbing something from a child. This isn’t a playground where kids snatch things from each other. Afterward, they did bring over 2 small fans for my child to play with and explained that kids ‘playing’ with menus might damage them, which was a nice gesture, but the whole approach was quite startling. I found it strange and frankly quite rude. AND Thanks, Kinton, for the lesson in menu etiquette. Apparently, your menus are too precious for little hands. To be fair, the food was good—flavorful ramen and tasty small bites. But good food can’t make up for awkward, unfriendly service. Given that they provide high chairs, I assumed Kinton was kid-friendly. But if that’s how they treat families and kids, I’m not sure they really want us there. Bon appétit… somewhere else.

Came to Toronto for a business trip and stayed at the Westin Harbourfront and as I was walking back from the office I walked into this place and ordered the Beef Spicy Garlic Togo. The waitstaff were friendly and let me wait at the bar and it only took maybe less than 10 minutes to get my order ready. It was some of the best ramen I had ever had, I liked it so much that I came back the next night for another bowl this time with both thin and thick noodles! Both were delicious but I prefer the thinner noodles. The flavor was out of this world and I will be dreaming about this place until I’m back!

I went here on Sept 7th, 2024. Firstly, when I walked in, I noticed the place was clean, the tables, floors, everything. Although I went around 5pm, the place had a lot of seating, which was surprising seeing it was on a weekend around dinner time. Next, the service was amazing. They seated us right when we walked in. Had water at the table within seconds of sitting down, and they came over right when we were ready to order. The server was friendly, took our order, and had our food within a few minutes. Speaking of the food, I had the pork gyoza. It tasted amazing with the sauce it's topped with. Along with that, I got the original beef. The beef was cooked very well and melted in my mouth. The other toppings and the soup of the Ramen were also very good taste wise. The presentation was great. Finally, the portion size was a pretty good size. You are definitely getting your money's worth, and you won't leave feeling hungery, trust me. They were playing music while we ate, it had a good atmosphere, lighting, etc. Overall, the experience was really good, I would definitely recommend going here if you are looking for a good ramen place. Even if you are looking for a quick meal, you can be in and out in half an hour. Thank you to the staff for the great food and good experience.

Wooh ! Finally got a chance to visit Kinton Ramen after a long wait. Went with a friend and we tried Pork Miso (spiciest) and Chicken Miso(spiciest) and trust me Pork Miso is so much better, I loved the taste of the soup (idk what it’s called). This Japanese Restaurant is really good and offers multiple vegetarian as well as non vegetarian options. Those fancy bowls and the chopsticks made me feel like I’m having some authentic Japanese cuisine. Also we showed our prestos so we could have the Pork and Veg Dumplings for ABSOLUTELY FREE !! Idk if the offer will be valid now, but we were lucky enough to witness it. Also tried the 1$ Matcha Ice Cream which was good and necessary after the spicy ramen. We ended up spending good money, but worth the price. Quality food, decent pricing. Cheers on your visit !!
