Kings Pizza and Wings

I just got around to writing this review now was tied up with work, home chores, etc but I could NOT forget about this experience to not give a review WHILST my busy schedule. So without further ado, about 2 weeks or so ago I placed a pick up order through uber for the double medium combo B which includes 2 medium pizzas (3 toppings in each), 20 wings, a side of French fries or wedges, a garlic bread, dipping sauces, and veggies. When the man with the earpiece is working, he’s more than generous, best service I’ve had is from him! He always goes over the top and is extremely friendly! However, this night I got the woman… I also ordered a side Caesar salad, we had a long drive with the all the food so I asked for something small to snack on the way to add to my order, I asked for jalapeño poppers at first, she said “it takes too much time. No.” Even though that is SUPER unacceptable I still said okay can I just have a slice reheated then as they had left over slices still in the window, she said “you really want me to reheat this right now” I said “you know what forget it I’ll just add a pop and be on my way” absolutely ridiculous, if it was the guy he would’ve been more than happy to make more money and be up in sales!! NOW, the most important, disastrous and disappointing part, get home to find that we are missing HALF of our order, again it was a long drive so it’s not like we were going back… a POUND of wings were missing, the fries part of the order we’re missing as well as the garlic bread😭. LITERALLY half my order! My partner asked for double cheese and there was barely any on there! Too busy to go and drop jalapeños poppers or reheat a slice of pizza for me, yet half my orders missing!??? Make that make sense! Will not be returning here, and I’ve spent LOTS of money at this place, I always order big combos, if I see the guy working there I may stop in, but anyone else, sorry, my business will not be there anymore!

The girl working today on a very slow Sunday was super nice. I think the quality of ingredients she was using was the issue. The fryer hasn’t been changed in a long time, and the pizza was not great. Even for a walk in single pizza it was not worth it. Sad really as long ago it use to be very good.

picture this. you write your calculus midterm and book it out of there (fifteen minutes early might i add) to spent three hours getting ready and busing to this halloween event. you didn’t even get time to eat because your face makeup took so long to do. the party is fun, but you’re FAMISHED and just want to go home and sleep. the next bus is 12:53, but at 12:46, we decide to get some pizza. this nice man takes the order and says it’ll be about ten minutes. i grimace and this ANGEL says he’ll make it five and rushes away. i wait. i look at my phone; bus is almost here. just when i see the bus coming from afar, this heroic man rushes out from the kitchen with a stack of pizza boxes, frantically opening them to check the orders. he finds my small pepperoni pizza and hands it to me and i run out just in time to catch my bus. i love this man so much also the pizza was super hot and the dough was absolutely delicious like idk what they put in that ALSO free garlic dip 😍

When a customer asks "what comes on a Philly cheese steak?" it might be a good idea to inform them that there are lots of onions and green peppers Edit: replacement sub still has onions in the meat. If it isn't possible to remove the offending ingredient, you should probably tell the customer that too, and offer something else instead

I ordered on UberEats at about 2-3am last night but unfortunately fell asleep and didn’t bring it in until about 8am. Although the food was outside for a few hours it was really good when I heated it up, I got the shawarma pizza/poutine, and a lasagna. I did really like that they gave me a note saying happy birthday as it made my day! 😊

Delicious, timely. The take out containers have a bit too much condensation for something like onion rings so mabye switch this up, but the food is great. I can’t say anything about atmosphere but it’s a pizza place what do you really want from that? lol I ordered delivery. Was great :)

I called in as I saw an ad for a large pizza for $7. The person I talked to on the phone knew nothing about the deal and said he won't be able to make the pizza. I offered to show him the ad when I get there but he said I need to speak with the owner, who won't be in until way later. He said I can come anyways and he won't make the pizza until I show him the ad (?). So I arrived there and showed him the ad and he still seemed a bit confused but said he would be able to make the pizza for $7. I waited about 15 mins and finally got the pizza... The pizza itself had a very thin crust (good if you like thin crust, not good if you're expecting it to be regular). It was quite dry and they are skimpy with the toppings. I asked for chicken as my topping and some of the slices didn't have any at all! The pizza sauce wasn't too bad. Overall, this place has potential due to its good location but it seemed badly organized. How can you have a promotion going on but the employees don't know about it? The pizza itself is also below average. Also there's a sign on the menu that says "all prices have changed". Not sure what this means? Are the prices on the menu the updated ones or will customers be charged something different from what they are expecting?

Recently discovered this place and the pizza is absolutely delicious and has been every time we've ordered for delivery. The perfect amount of toppings, delicious, perfectly spiced sauce and the dough isn't too thick and wonderfully cooked - perfect mix between crunchy and soft while being fully cooked 👌 I definitely recommend!
