Honestly one of the best burgers I've had in Toronto... Forget your ridiculous trendy smash burgers and stupid fast food overpriced garbage.... this food is how @ burger should be... delicious, fresh, fast inexpensive really good value and served by a proper dude;)

Formerly legendary - now hit and miss. Have been coming here for a few years because of the low prices, good food and friendly staff. With current ownership there has been significant shrinkflation. Now it is very much hit and miss on both the food and service front (some staff are truly excellent though). Portions had shrunk by about 25% over the past year on many items, but still a decent value meal. Decided to write this after receiving the attached as my fish-and chips meal last night - fish was about 50% of the usual (even last week) and fries were less than 50% of what had already shrinkflated. Box was mostly empty and it used to overflow. Most disappointing visit I've ever had there.

Been there twice now for their Tuesday Fish n Chips. The fish was perfect the first time and a reminder of how rare it is to find good fish & chips in the city. The fillets were overdone the second time, the batter a bit too oily, too crunchy almost as if fried twice, whilst the meat was still chewy, a reminder of how rare it is to find good fish & chips in the city, just the other way round. Pro Tip: Get the onion rings. Nothing like them.

Overall review: Have been at King's a couple of times in different seasons, and it never disappoints my cravings for my favorite burgers. Its always at its top notch taste. Food: I guess almost everything in their menu is yummy and a must try once but for specifics, apart from their Burgers, I would highly recommend their onion rings and haddock. Customer service: Has always been customer friendly and welcoming whenever have been there at different times. Location: Perfectly located with ample space to Dine in. Parking: Adequate free parking(Open Parking) available within it's own Restaurant building.

Solid experience all 'round. Burgers are large and juicy. Fries are good... beefeater style. The gravy is beefy and rich... perfect! My milkshake was rich and chocolate-y!! Good value!!

This is an old school burger joint that brings back childhood memories of other places I've been to. I've had the fish and chips here before and they are really good. Today I had a twin cheese burger and fries with rings combo. The toppings are fresh. It's probably one of the best burgers that I have eaten in Toronto. Will definitely be back soon!

Astonishing place! Rare place and Toronto’s best kept secret! THE BEST MEAL I have had in Toronto for $10. Perfect bun, perfect amount of meat, great quality and very clean place. Who the hell would go to McDonald’s 🤔

2023 March 4★ Located in what I would call burger alley. There's many burger joints in the vicinity and at time of writing, 4 on the street within about 15 minutes walking. Step in at King's, you get this nostalgic feel of a 1950s diner. Colorful enamel style tables, hung retro art and even a cooler the moment you step in. The drive in aspects makes this an easy pit stop to grab a quick bite. The burgers are grilled right in front of you. The onion rings are freshly made and are both very light and crispy yet very thick. Banquet burger $6.95 Bacon, cheese and patty. Toasted bun and toppings as you want. Pretty good! Onion rings $4.95 Oily, but crispy and great. It's expensive at about $1 each ring, but these are thick and the onions are sweet. Would recommend, though 1 is probably enough to share with two people. Definitely worth stopping by.
