At Kibo, we believe the term hope can answer all life’s problems. From what to eat to where to eat at, Hope is your answer. Derived our name from the Japanese interpretation of Hope (希望 kibō), Kibo Sushi House was born simply because we believe greatly in hope. Hope - in the sense that if you work hard, you will always be rewarded one way or another. As we embed this belief into our restaurant, from selecting fresh, local ingredients; to cooking them with love and serving them to your table with our bright smiles; we hope that you enjoy and appreciate all that we put into your favourite dishes.

: I recently dined here and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely top-notch; every piece of sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the variety on the menu is impressive. Beyond the amazing food, the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. They offered helpful recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a sushi place that combines amazing food with exceptional service, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

A super cute place. Make sure you make reservations because they have limited seating! We had the Spicy Chicken Karaage, Shrimp tempura, Crazy Cali roll, Spicy Salmon Hand Roll & Black Dragon Roll...... everything was delicious and we will definitely be back!

Portions were awesome!!! Service was very nice!! We got extra rolls, appetizers were huge, and the quality was honestly really good, not much compromise here. Twenty one pilots here we come

Our primary sushi spot that we visit every week. Prices are adequate even though it's located in front of the tourist's Rogers Centre. Every single dish we ordered from the menu is huge and fresh. My favorite is mango salad as an appetizer. I wish to have a better choice for sake and draft beers. All the staff now recognize us, and we've got a chance to meet the owner in person. But it's not a loyalty, still our friends say the same about food quality here.

The food here is amazing! We tried the Assorted tempura. The breading was very light but still crispy, not soggy at all. It made the tempura feel like a very light dish. Not oily or anything. The spider roll was one of the best I've ever had. The crab in the roll was so crispy and it had big chunks of soft shell crab. Presentation wise, not sure about the crab on top. I thought it was sauce at first. Very impressed by the food here. It's a small place with not a lot of seating inside, but some patio seating as well. Unfortunately, not sure if it was just the day we were there, but there was a very unappetizing smell which almost ruined the entire experience. Also the service is friendly but it's sometimes hard to get their attention. Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently dined at Kibo Sushi and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was super friendly and attentive. The sushi was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was delicious, especially the chef's special roll. The sake selection was a great addition to the meal. Overall, Kibo is a fantastic place for sushi lovers. I can't wait to go back!

Kibo Sushi House was excellent! I went here with my family on a weekend lunch and even though we had a large party, they were able to immediately accommodate us in the outdoor patio. Our server was so kind and helpful and made sure to check in on us frequently. The food was all excellent and very fresh, and we kept ordering more food because of how good it was! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who visit Toronto in the future!!!
