Kibo Sushi House - Brampton

Food was delicious. We ordered the Maki Platter C and loved every bite. We came at the end of the day and the fish was still fresh. We came at 7:30pm, an hour before closing, and placed a big order. Not only did they take the order, they had it so quickly! The waitress was very kind and accommodating. She gave us extra time at the end of the night to finish and take some pieces home. I will definitely come back again! I also left my phone in the restaurant 😅 but she came out in the cold to make sure it was back in my hands.

I have enjoyed the sushi from Kibo Sushi. All the rolls I have tried have been very good. We travel from a different city to pick up and enjoy the food from this location. Their customer service is very, very good. I wholeheartedly recommend it. I even went there later and they were very friendly and helpful despite preparing for closing.

I've always been a fan of Kibo. Until today, I kept eating my sushi wondering why does it taste plastic? THERE WAS PIECES OF PLASTIC IN MY SUSHI ROLL. I ATE 2 PIECES AND BOTH TIMES PLASTIC IN THE MIDDLE I PULLED OUT OF MY MOUTH. Absolutely do not order from this location 🤢 I will not order fast food like this for a long time now thanks. If you want sushi interlaced with large pieces of actual plastic in every bite you take yum go for it.

The chicken karage tastes great. However be careful ordering the spicy tuna or spicy salmon roll. It’s barely any actually fish and mostly spicy mayo and tempura bits, in some pieces there was no tuna or salmon.

Very delicious japanese food!!! The sashimi is clean tasting and their seasonal sushi always taste amazing when it's available. Smaller menu in terms of Japanese a la cart but still a good variety of Japanese dishes!!!!

Kibo Sushi is my go-to sushi joint! They have great platter deals (Maki set B is my favourite). With many different options, there is something for any sushi-lover. Their service is great: they are quick and friendly. Special shout out to Anmol, our hostess, who served us amazing sushi all evening and was super helpful. Thank you Anmol and hope to see you next time too. No reservation is needed here and it's a great place for a quick and delicious dinner.

I used to order from this restaurant 2-3 times a week for years. They have 'changed their supplier' for their beef and now serve beef pieces the equivalent of ground beef. It's as if the beef pieces were end pieces you throw away after trimming a whole striploin. It has a horrible gritty texture. Why would I pay $21 for a bento of such poor quality? I basically paid $21 for seasoned cabbage. I had stopped ordering from the Humber location because the bulgogi had huge chunks of bone (this occurred a few weeks ago). Now, this location is a no-go as well. At this point, I am better of buying the pre seasoned bulgogi from Costco. Spoke with the store, and they did not care, as per the owner, "they have changed suppliers and are making the food the same way. "...basically too bad. It no longer even tastes the same. I was also sent salmon ($), instead of the maguro ($$) I ordered. Which is insane to even try doing. This was, unfortunately, my last order. Food was inedible due to the horrible gritty texture. You do not deserve my business to serve me such poor quality and send items I never ordered. Absolutely unacceptable quality of food and customer service. I am sure other customers will make their 'opinion' known in time.

Excellent Food and Service at Kibo Sushi - 490 Chrysler Dr #47, Brampton, ON L6S 0C1 We had a wonderful FriDate at Kibo Sushi on Chrysler Drive after picking up our daughter from Pearson International Airport , Craving for Japanese or Korean food, we decided to visit Kibo Sushi House , and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our server, Anmol, who promptly took our order with a friendly and professional demeanor. I choose the Chicken Teriyaki and Shrimp Tempura Bento Box, which came with a variety of delicious sides like croquette (mashed potato tempura), glass noodles, a fresh green salad, and a comforting bowl of Miso soup. The tempura was perfectly fried to a golden yellow, crispy on the outside, and light on the inside. The Miso soup had a rich, savory taste, and the salad was delightfully fresh with a dressing you could tell was homemade. The service at this location is always top-notch. Anmol was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu. We leave feeling completely satisfied with both the food and the exceptional service. If you’re in the Brampton area and looking for great Japanese food with outstanding service, Kibo Sushi on Chrysler Drive is a must-visit! We will definitely be back.
