Daily serving the best sushi possible made with love from our 15 locations across GTA and 1 location in Calgary. At Kibo, we believe the term hope can answer all life’s problems. From what to eat to where to eat at, Hope is your answer. Derived our name from the Japanese interpretation of Hope (希望 kibō), Kibo Sushi House was born simply because we believe greatly in hope. Hope - in the sense that if you work hard, you will always be rewarded one way or another. As we embed this belief into our restaurant, from selecting fresh, local ingredients; to cooking them with love and serving them to your table with our bright smiles; we hope that you enjoy and appreciate all that we put into your favourite dishes.

My friend and I walked by and decided to give it a try, and we were so happy that we did! I had the Aburi dragon with scallop on top and the smoky flavour was incredible! I also had a salmon avocado roll which had huge chunks of salmon. They were so generous to give us a complimentary roll as well! I highly recommend ordering from Kibo- just be aware that there is no dine in!

Absolutely fantastic! The food was beyond my expectations!! Soo delicious, and the fish on the sushi was incredibly fresh. The salad, the dressing, and even the miso soup and inari were all spot on! Kibo Wilson is undoubtedly the place to go in the area for sushi lovers. It’s no wonder it’s become a go-to spot for anyone craving top-quality sushi

Feel like the seever cannot understand what i said, is there any difficulty understanding the difference between black and red dragon roll? And also the tempera shrimps and veggies are too much overcooked. Meanwhile, the rice of sushi are too soft

So far, this Kibo branch is my favorite. First and foremost, they use fresh ingredients and are generous with their portions—they don’t skimp on quality. For instance, this is the only branch where they actually include actual salmon in the spicy salmon rolls. They make the rolls better than any other branch I’ve tried, and the quality of the food has never disappointed me. I used to prefer going to a traditional Japanese restaurant when I craved sushi because the franchise options often fell short in quality, but now I don’t mind getting my food here at all. In fact, I actually prefer ordering sushi from this branch.

Had a great experience visiting this sushi place for the first time! The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, prices are great, very short waiting time and, most importantly, the yam roll I ordered was delicious! Highly recommend this place to everyone
