I’ve ordered from Kibo several times and have always been satisfied until tonight. I usually get the maki platters because I enjoy the variety, but I never noticed that the sushi didn’t match the menu descriptions. For instance, the Maki Platter C is supposed to include lobster tail maki, but there was none. Instead, I received two portions of dynamite rolls. Why advertise lobster tail if it’s not included? And why bother putting an empty lobster tail in the box? This feels misleading since I paid for the platter expecting lobster tail and didn’t receive any. If it’s no longer available, why wasn’t I informed?

Awesome take out option if you are in neighbourhood. They prepare sushi fresh basis the order. There are couple of quick grab and go option as well. Loved the food and efficient service. It’s super busy outlet, hence make sure you place your order before arriving. ☺️

Food was good but nothing special compared to other sushi places. The service was welcoming and fast, which would probably be the best things this store offers. The atmosphere is nice as well, even though the dine in area is small. All in all, recommended place for a quick asian food trip within the area!

We ordered the Dynamite and Sunny Dragon rolls. They were really good! Quantity and filling was generous. Only uploading the picture of the dynamite roll because we devoured the other within seconds!

We got the chirashi bowl and a scallop aburi roll. The fish was great and the quantity was good, just wish there was slightly more rice to match the amount of fish, especially for the price. The roll was delicious and I liked the complex flavours, I’d order it again!

Pleasantly enjoyed the Chirashi bowl order. Good quantity & quality of fish, just wished it had more rice! Primarily a pick up/take out establishment but they do have a small eating area in the back. Wouldn’t mind coming back again!
