I recently visited KFC and had an incredibly frustrating experience, primarily due to a rude female employee who seemed completely uninterested in her job. From the moment I approached the counter, her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. It was clear that she had no patience for customers, and her lack of professionalism was astonishing. When I asked a simple question about the menu, she responded with an eye roll and a curt reply, making me feel like I was an inconvenience. It was uncomfortable to interact with someone who exhibited such blatant disrespect. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt belittled, which is unacceptable in any customer service environment. The overall atmosphere was further soured by her negligence. Not only was the food stale, but the hygiene of the establishment was questionable. The tables were dirty, and it seemed like no one was taking responsibility for cleanliness. This only reinforced the negative impression left by her attitude. To top it all off, I was charged extra for items I didn’t even order. When I pointed this out, her response was dismissive, and she seemed annoyed that I dared to question the charge. This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, leaving me with no desire to return. A rude employee can ruin an entire visit, and she certainly did just that.

That’s my first time to try KFC in Canada. And had KFC in other country. This experience is horrible to have chicken combo in Canada. Texture of original chicken was mushy with room temperature !!! And potatoes fries wasn’t freshly made and oily. A part of Drumstick seems missing when turn over…. I cannot believe is cost $15!!!!!

Girl who serve is rude and selling expired salty chicken. Better avoid if you hungry. Change twice my order finally threw to the garbage.

Great food. Awesome for chicken lovers and if you like deep fried Chicken. The prices here are great since you can just get a giant bucket for a really good price and that comes with a drink. They also have a really good popcorn chicken. It was very crunchy and delicious. Breaded drumsticks.
