Bad service and manager. No wonder this chain is failing. Ordered chicken online, arrived at the specified time and the store was closed. Head office says the store has to issue a refund. Store manager says the head office has to issue the refund. Store manager says he will email a receipt but never does.

I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order, and when I asked the girl for my order she hadn't even started it. I received 3 pieces of chicken instead of 4, and they were slighty undercooked. The fries didn't even have salt. On top of everything, they put the mayo on the paper instead of inside the burger(?)

I arrived and ordered a 6 piece of chicken, white meat only. The order taker had to check in the kitchen if they could do it. After a minute he came out and said that yes, they could do it. ?? I was ordering take away. What really bothered me was that a diner that was seated came to the counter while I was waiting on my order and asked for a cup so that she could have some water. The same counter person advised her yes, she could have a cup but there would be a charge. The customer said “OK”. He then rang up a charge of 1.56 for a small Pepsi and handed her a cup. The poor lady didn’t have quite enough change and had to pay for it on a debit card. Seriously? KFC, I get that this is likely a franchise but they aren’t protecting your brand.

The only reason I go this KFC is because it's on my route home but this has got to be the most filthiest KFC that I have ever been to. You can actually smell the dirty cloths they are using to clean the drink stations when you're pouring yourself a drink. If you're lucky, they might have refilled the drink syrups. If you look closely you can see black mold growing on it. The dining area is dim, dark and dingy. Who would want to eat there? I'm actually surprised how this place even passed a food safety inspection. The cashiers don't know the menu, barely speak English, and are rude and argumentative. It's a wonder how these people with zero customer service skills are employed there. I'm not coming back here again!

My toddler used to push me buy food from there while I was totally reluctant. Whenever we dinned in there, it turned to be waste of time and money. Their food is always cold, tasteless and unhygienic while the staff are very rude and unprofessional. Every time I fed my daughter in there, she ended up having diarrhea so I totally stopped going there for many years. Yesterday when I got out of my work place, I was feeling very weak and shaky due to my low blood sugar. Unfortunately I came across this restaurant one more time after many years so I walked in there and ordered my food hopping to see positive changes after so many years. The food got ready in a matter of two or three minutes. I noticed that it was cold and old. I am sure it was sitting there for along time before it was served to me. I went back to the front and let them know expecting it to be replaced with freshly made food. I made it clear to them that I did not want any refunds, all I wanted was warm and fresh food which was refused to be served. I went back to my table and tried to eat it anyways because I was feeling very very weak and shaky. However, I could not eat much because it was very bad. I went back to the front and let them know that I was going to file a complain against them. At this point I still did not expect any refunds. I really wanted them to become aware of their very bad service. There were four people working in the back, two of them came forward and started arguing with me. One of them said…..” Miss, if you don’t like your food, the garbage bin is over there. You can throw it away…..We are neither replacing it, nor refunding any money.” I wish there was an option of rating them -5 stars. I would have definitely rated them -5.

Fries have no seasoned salt. Gravy is runny and watery, no taste at all. The management should read this to improve their food. Right now, this is not the taste of KFC.

The 4 Big Box combo chicken was undercooked RAW see pictures attached, OILY, UNSEASONED. They have no care for their customers and are willing to endanger you with food poisoning. VERY UNDERWHELMING EXPERIENCE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Amazing KFC location. Haven’t ate KFC in years and went in to try the new famous chicken sandwich at the this location which is closest to me. I am shocked to see the rating of this location is so low. The workers were close to ending their shift I went in 20 minutes before close at 10PM on Tuesday night. Must say, seeing the workers cleaning and getting ready to end the day blew me away. All the crew members working tonight were actually doing more than required to keep the place super clean and safe especially during covid-19 times. I was so happy and felt safe purchasing from this location after witnessing the workers doing what they should. A lot of restaurants claim to be doing thing to upkeep the place during covid, but I never saw a fast food place taking it seriously. So happy I went in tonight! This is my new favourite KFC! and safe to say the sandwich I had was super fresh and tasted amazing! Easy five stars. Earned a old customer back!
