Terrible KFC. Right in the middle of the gas station convenience and till area. The layout is not good, so you are always in the way of some people. The orders take forever and the people working there are just not very efficient. On top of that, they always run out of sides, toppings and desserts. Avoid.

New KFC location. I think it's very smart to have one inside a gas station. They will have more foot traffic than an actual KFC. You can also order online ahead of time, so that you can pick it up immediately. They don't leave out napkins, utensils or condiments here. You will need to ask for them.

Great location for me and the neighborhood. This is basically the only place to walk to for many. It feels neighborly. Staff is very good and nice, exceptional service! Food is good, always made fresh. Can definitely recommend!!!

KFC after you fill up gas This location is conveniently located inside a petro Canada. Don’t think I’ve ever seen that before. It’s got their full menu and not sure how they’re cooking it without setting any alarms off but it’s great that I can get their sandwiches anytime. I decided to celebrate their opening with the KD Mac & cheese chicken sandwich. Tasty sandwich with all the elements made properly. But the combination was just a miss for me. I think if the sauce was more or they made it a little more creamy it would’ve been a great collaboration. But this platform isn’t about that. The food was fresh, the elements of the food were tasty and service was good. Someone was training, so taking the order wasn’t as quick as it should be, but still understood the assignment. I gave atmosphere a high rating as you look at the kfc location itself, it’s got a sleek modern feel to it. Also liked the self checkout area available too. Parking is available in front of the office the shop or to the east side of the gas station along the curb for the car wash line. Great job

What an interesting location. Inside the building of Petro Canada.. a gas station where Kiosk machines or service by staff is available. And it tastes just as amazing as all other KFC places. Very convenient area and have the short term parking space you need.

"I arrived at KFC in Markham at 10:50 PM, only to be told by the staff that they were already closing up, even though the posted closing time is 12 AM. The staff mentioned that their manager instructed them to start cleaning and closing an hour earlier. I pointed out that this could lead to complaints if customers expect service until 12 AM but can't even order a Big Crunch combo." Horrible first time experience, it's a new location.

Pretty decent newly opened location. Super nice reno built inside a Petro Canada Gas station no less. Service was fast and came with a smile. I ordered 5 min away in the app, walked in, waited 2 minutes and was handed a fresh and piping hot bag of KFC Hot Wings. Online limited time special $10 for 10 wings Yeah idk how people just bashing them when they only been opened a few days. Overall good experience.

Look, I don’t get all the negative reviews out here bashing this newly opened KFC. Sure, they don’t accept coupons yet, but there is an online order section, which means that someday it should be added to the app. Also, customer service was pretty good, and they kept the atmosphere pretty clean over there. Kiosks worked fine, I could still get a 5 dollar burger. Considering the size of this KFC, the waiting time was really reasonable. After all, you’re frying chicken in the back of a gas station convenience store, which really isn’t that big. I got my food, they made it quite well, and it was tasty. The chicken wasn’t as salty as some of the other KFCs that I have been to before. Overall, I would say this KFC is pretty good for where it’s located. Can ask for much more when you are open at 12am, and you’re in a tiny convenience store. Good stuff.
