Kenzo Ramen

I must to write about this terrible things what I meat. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and ordered. One hour later, yes, you read that right, more than one hour later, our noodles came. The point is, we were the last table to be served in the whole restaurant, even everyone who came later than us was served before us. I called the waitress over, I asked her why, she smiled, you know that expression, couldn't help but laugh and said: the restaurant is too busy. Ok, everyone knows what’s the laugh means. After paying the bill I saw maybe the boss. He looked friendly. I think the boss can see this message because one of your employees is a racist, a joker. I hope you guys will not be "joked" by such employees when you come to this restaurant.

First time trying it. Definitely worth it. Everyone ordered different. I had the King Shoyu, super tasty. GF had Nagasaki Champon which was so packed full of seafood and flavor. Only issue was table was wiggly (out of balance) and was tight (6'3") to sit at. Servers we excellent and explained everything we had questions about. Great time out. Thanks

My picky eater only eats her vegetables at Kenzo Ramen. Needless to say our trips here are quite often, lol. The food is fantastic! The crispy pork is one of our favourites and it’s the only way to get my daughter to eat meat. So, yeah… we will continue to come over, that’s for sure!!! 😄

My friend and I came here for a quick comfort eat. There was a slight wait for a table but it was less than 5 minutes which was good. The order taking and service itself was quite longer than we would’ve thought it would be. We probably waited for our order for at least 15 min. We ordered the Chirashu Ramen, Tonkotsu Miso and Agedashi Tofu. However, Sapporo Miso Ramen was mistakenly served to us instead of the Tonkotsu Miso which was quite disappointing. The food were great. The broths were light and nicely balanced with flavour, not too salty. The shrimps in the Sapporo Miso Ramen were cooked perfectly but the pork in the Chirashu Ramen was a bit chewy. The soy sauce served with the Agedashi Tofu had a hint of sweetness which was quite refreshing to the palate. Overall, the food satisfied our cravings but the promptness and accuracy of the service could be improved.

The king of kings ramen in spice level 2 was rich and flavourful. The charshu pork was done to near perfection - extremely tender and full of umami flavour. The karage chicken was done good and pairs really well with the spicy mayo.

Kenzo's Ramen in Barrie is a true gem! The moment we step in, we were greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The ramen is exceptional—rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The variety on the menu ensures there's something for everyone. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Highly recommend. Can't wait to come back!

We had never been before and decided to stop in. It was busy so we had to wait for a table but 100% totally worth it! The waitress was pleasant and the food came out quick and hot. We had two different Ramen bowls and both were absolutely delicious!! 10/10 would recommend.

Wow! We are so lucky to have such an awesome Ramen restaurant in Barrie! It was delicious and even better then the ramen I've had in Ottawa. They also have great tasty vegetarian options. Looking forward to my next visit!
