Went here for dinner after a visit to the zoo. It was not busy at all but the service was very very slow. It took forever for the server to take our order and even longer for the food to actually arrive. Everyone, especially the kids, were starving and hangry by the time the food arrived. Food was typical of a chain restaurant.

Kelsey's truly exceeded all expectations! The service from Savannah was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and on point. My food arrived fresh, hot, and right on time. She also recommended the fried pita over the baked, and I have to say, it was spot on! The girl who made my drink (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) crafted the BEST drink I’ve ever had. The spinach dip is definitely a standout, and I’m already planning my next visit just for that! The honey garlic chicken wings were a close second—absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place!

Our 2 waitresses were awesome!!! They were welcoming and super friendly. The menu selections were endless and made our decisions hard (in a good way, lol). The atmosphere was comfortable, warm and festive. We were attended to quickly but they weren't overbearing with their presence. The food was top-notch, delivered in a timely manner and very delicious!! We can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!!! 5 STARS all the way!!! You should definitely check out this Kelseys location of you haven't already!! :)

it was my first time going in kelsey’s and the service was amazing. the servers were so kind and friendly and if we needed anything, i didn’t feel any hesitation asking. the atmosphere felt very clean and warming. having a family get together is a must here, the food is delicious and there are so many options to choose from.

I had an amazing experience at Kelsey’s! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out fresh and flavorful. The service was incredibly fast, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to our waitress, Savannah—she was outstanding! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. Highly recommend this location and Savannah’s wonderful service!

Don’t come here! Food was absolutely terrible, serving up a raw hamburger in the kids meal… E.coli and listeria literally can and has killed children. Manager was a great guy, took responsibility, but there’s no excuse for raw meat.
