We had a very nice visit to Kelsey's yesterday afternoon. The server who greeted us was exceptionally friendly (sadly I didn't catch his name...middle aged man, goatee, shaved head, blue-green eyes) and we just really liked his style. He seemed like a true host and radiated genuine charm. (It's a rare trait in a server) He gave just the right amount of time for us to sit, get settled, brought us the menus, look them over, have a drink.... We never felt rushed and we never felt ignored. Our food came out in the perfect amount of time, maybe 15 minutes. The food was excellent (ultimate burger, fries/chicken wrap, baked potato) the ONLY problem was that this was not what I ordered. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and I was exceptionally surprised at my first bite to find my mouth burning (i received a buffalo chicken wrap). I didn't say anything at the time because I thought that I had misread the menu. I thought well, if that was my goof and I didn't read the word "buffalo" in there, it's my own fault. I ate the potato and brought the wrap home for someone else. Later I checked my photos of the menu, no I was right, I did order the Caesar wrap, but I was served the buffalo wrap. I did not pay the bill today so I did not read it to see if it had the word "Caesar or Buffalo"... So I don't know if the mistake was made with the server or with the kitchen. Aside from that, we would return.

I've never been to a Kelsey's before, assumed it was just another run of the mill franchise not worth my time or dime. However, I was wrong. Me and my family decided to stop by the North St. Catharines location for my birthday and we were all impressed. They were busy and we had to wait about fifteen minutes for a table, which in my opinion is a great problem to have for a restaurant in today's world. The restaurant was clean, washrooms were clean, they appeared to have an adequate amount of staff members working and our server was on point. She was friendly, the perfect amount of attentiveness, was able to multi task multiple tables with ease and genuinely appeared to take pride in her service. The name on our receipt was 13 Laura L. I almost forgot to mention the food, we all ordered something different and thought the price to portion was perfect. I highly recommend the beef and blue cheese pasta dish. It was lunch so we decided on a quick bite at Kelsey’s, it was Boxing Day and they were busy, we waited 40 minutes after placing our order, only to find my ultimate bacon burger was burnt and hard, the same with the steak fajitas, only thing decent was my drink double vodka chaser, wife coke had no ice and was carbonated and flat, the wings had no honey garlic sauce as my lemon pepper wings bland. Waitress was awesome but the cook needs to be replaced, $100 dollars lunch garbage will not return worst bland burnt food

5 stars all the way around. This place was packed and the wait time was still under 5 minutes. We were a table of 3 so we had a table in a minute. The quality of the food was amazing, good portion sizes, the hosts were amazing and the food came out quick. Our waitress Laura made all the difference with making sure it was a great dining experience. She was super friendly and was awesome with getting stuff to our table quickly. The cocktails we delicious! I wish I took pics. We will definitely be back.

Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Great Service!! This establishment works extremely well with larger parties and children! We all had a great time here and the food was great even though they got my order wrong. They fixed it with no problems. Definitely will visit again when I'm in the area! Thanks again!!

This is a nice restaurant and everyone was very nice. I would NOT suggest getting the chicken bites. They were mostly breading and no chicken at all in them. The thai dish was decent. The wings were very very good.

My Muskoka pineapple ninja beer is back! Yum! Half priced appetizers...yum! We got double the shrimp! Stephanie our server was awesome!
