Had the pleasure of Jennifer K waiting our family table! To say she was a great server is an understatement! Her service and kindness was the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant! We will be coming back for sure!

Like all Kelsey's, the dishes are fairly well thought out and I consider it a place capable of quality, that's why I come here. This time around wasn't great. The balsamic chicken with veggies and mash, the veg was 3 broccoli and nothing else, that doesn't count as "veggies", that's just broccoli. Usually they plate the mash then put the chicken on top with balsamic, this time the pile of mash was off to the side, chicken on its own. Also menu says "2 chicken breasts", this was 2 pieces of butterflied chicken, thinner than a smash burger patty. It was unappealing. Wings were fantastic. Burger..did the patties get smaller? I still enjoyed it. Service was phenomenal, I just wish my ma enjoyed her dish.

Levana was amazing. She was very attentive but not annoying. She made good recommendations and always made sure she stayed two steps ahead, bringing us over the dessert menu before we even asked. Levana, thank you for being so kind and sweet. We will definitely come back and we’ll make sure we ask for you! Merry Christmas!

At Christmas Eve day , going here and finding some chicken hair in wings , not once … twice … even at second plate it was still a unicorn hair … so y guys tell me , would y recommend this place to visit again ?

They are amazing. I visited here today around 3pm for my friend’s graduation celebration. The server welcomed us with bright smile, service was perfect, it was such a happy experience there. Me and my friend both enjoyed the food a lot, the steak with shrimp and cream sauce was very tasty. Beer at happy hour is also reasonable priced. I would definitely visit here again and I wish a happy Christmas for all the staff there!

Really had a great experience. I hosted the reception for my mom’s funeral after the service at Holy Cross. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was surprised by how easy they made everything. We were a large group and d they were able to give us own area. Food came out on time and was really good. Servers were able to manage a big group with ease. The assistant manager who booked the reservation even came in on her day off just to ensure things went so. That meant a lot to me. Not often you get this type of service anymore. It was my mom’s favourite restaurant and it was just as good as I remember. They made a very difficult day easier for my family <3

Disappointing Decline Over the Years! I used to love Kelsey's Original Roadhouse back in the days, but unfortunately, it's gone downhill over the years. What was once a great spot for quality food and friendly service has now become a place with none of the above! The food is bland, portions have shrunk, and the service has become slower and less attentive. The place looks worn-out and smells absolutely terrible the moment you walk in! I hope they can turn things around, but for now, it's just not what Kelseys used to be.

Great service! Staff were very friendly and attending, specially Monica. She kept us well served and her timing was amazing! The Tuesday special is a bargain! Usually deals for two are risky but Kelseys was above and beyond expectation. The spinach and artichoke dip was great, steak cooked perfectly medium and the meat was tasty. We were pretty full but couldn't resist the cheese cake!
