Great experience! Nathan/ Nate was our server and he was great, very personable and got everything we asked for quickly and with ease. I got the chicken wings and cheddar broccoli soup and my husband got a burger with a side of fries and extra side of fries. It was all great and came promptly. We don’t normally go to chain restaurants. So I am grading this compared to other chains, as I do tend to find the food better / fresher at individually owned places. But overall it was a great experience and very affordable for a night out.

Terrible experience. The server clearly didn't want to be there. He barely spoke to us and never checked on our entrees or we would have told him that not one of the 3 of us were enjoying our meal. The food tasted like it was from a fast restaurant and was way over seasoned with cajan spice. We waited forever for the server to clear the table and when he finally came back we asked for the bill and he threw the bill and machine on the table and never returned. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, I can forgive a lot but this restaurant simply doesn't care about the guest experience at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Went for lunch after the noon Christmas Eve service at Hope. I had the “Ultimate Bacon Cheese Burger”. It was ok. The beef patties seemed to have been cooked earlier and simply reheated. The “double smoked bacon” appeared to be a slice of smokey pea meal bacon. The fries were obviously mass produced frozen fries. Overall: as I was hungry, it hit the spot. Had a pint of Molson Canadian draught with it. Wife had the triangle sandwich. She liked it and enjoyed her medium sized glass of Pinot Grigio. Came with the same frozen fries. Son had “Chicken Fried Chicken”. He said it had some heat to it but wasn’t bad. Had the same frozen fries and freshly steamed broccoli. He had the same beer as me. Came to $85 and no tax. Now I have to figure out what to do with the tax money that I saved…. Overall, I’d call it expensive fast food.

My family enjoyed a fabulous dinner this week at Kelsey's. Krista was our server and she was so friendly and informative. She helped us make some wonderful dinner choices. Thank you for an awesome experience! We will be back !

I want to start by saying this is our usual spot and after a really bad experience at the Appleby one we made this our go to location, but after tonight we are reconsidering. Typically, we have had a positive experience when we come but tonight I was really put off and I left feeling really frustrated and angry by our server. I ordered a spicy margarita and I was really annoyed by the amount of ice. I know restaurants Ice down bar drinks, i know its common even though it shouldn’t be, but tonight’s drink was unacceptable especially when you are paying 9 dollars. Please see the picture below. When our server came to our table, I showed her the glass and highlighted that this was ridiculous. Now, a decent server would acknowledge my complaint and either attempt to rectify it or at least get some one to come talk to us. Instead she completely brushed me off. “I’m the middle man, I don’t make the recipe…I just serve it.” This response is horrible. No one was insinuating that you made the recipe. You are the face of the restaurant, you are my connection to the restaurant as a whole. When I have an issue or a concern it is YOUR job to help me rectify it. I am not one to complain often, but this incident really rubbed me and our whole table the wrong way. You should NOT be customer facing if that is your response. This left me feeling really angry, what an absolute lazy excuse for an answer. I would have put up a bigger stink and demanded to speak to the manager on the spot but my kids were with me and I was attempting to keep the atmosphere fun and relaxed and set a good example for them. Inside I was fuming. Our table’s entire demeanour changed after that. None of us could believe what she said. Then to top it off she had the gull to ask if we would be done in the next 20 minutes because there was a party of 40 coming in and we were in their spot. Like are you kidding me? Put your party somewhere else or plan better. Overall the food was good, but between the drink and the service or lack there of, I don’t think we will be returning to this location. My honest feedback is this. I know serving is a tough job and I know that when customers have issues it can be awkward to deal with. But as a customer facing role, your entire job is to ensure that my experience is pleasant. You failed at that today and next time a customer has an issue, acknowledge it. That’s all it comes down to. Make your customer feel heard and understood, don’t be the “middle man” and completely blow them off…it usually will not have them leaving happy, it’ll tick them off. Please do better next time.

We came here the first evening of our long weekend trip to Toronto as it was only a couple of minutes from our hotel. We were seated immediately as it wasn't very busy. Our orders came out a couple of minutes after ordering and the food was good! The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

Perfect experience even with a large 14-person group ranging in age from 9 months to 45 years old. We felt welcomed. Have us the ability to enjoy the meal and have the conversations we were longing for. I would have given 4 stars for service, but the graceful and respectful way with which my small issue was handled gave me an amazing appreciation for this place. The General Manager of Kelley's is a wise and skilled leader and team player. Bravo to him. Saw him supporting all the way around the restaurant. Definitely going there again.

Friendly and fast service! The food came out amazing. The balsamic chicken dish was excellent and tender. My strawberry margarita was a great addition to my meal.
