At Kelsey’s, the experience kicks off with a visually enticing frozen strawberry cocktail. The deep, vibrant red of the drink, topped with a slice of fresh lime, beckons for that refreshing first sip. The texture looks perfectly slushy, and the sugar-rimmed glass adds a sweet touch to balance the tangy fruit base. It’s a great starter to cool off and set the mood for a casual dining experience. Next up are the nachos, generously piled with toppings. Shredded lettuce adds a fresh crunch, while sliced jalapeños offer a spicy kick. The cheese has melted into the chips, ensuring every bite is packed with flavor. A side of sour cream and salsa rounds off this dish, making it perfect for sharing, though you might be tempted to keep it all to yourself. For the main course, we have a surf-and-turf plate featuring a well-cooked steak topped with creamy, buttery shrimp. The sauce drizzled over the meat looks rich and flavorful, complementing the savory flavors of both steak and seafood. The side of vibrant green broccoli adds a healthy balance, while the loaded baked potato, topped with bacon bits and scallions, is a comfort food classic that’s hard to resist. The restaurant’s exterior with its welcoming “HELLO” sign and bold red branding makes for an inviting ambiance, reflecting the vibrant and hearty meal awaiting inside. Overall, Kelsey’s delivers a robust, crowd-pleasing meal with portions designed for enjoyment and satisfaction. The mix of fresh ingredients, flavorful toppings, and comforting mains makes it a spot worth visiting if you’re craving a fulfilling and relaxed meal.

We didn’t really like our food. The steak was really difficult to chew and very tasteless that even after adding pepper and salt to it, it was still flavourless. The pasta wasn’t quite tasty either. The only thing we liked was the nachos.

If you enjoy a bag of salt and vinegar chips, then stop reading and go here, NOW. They have a salt and vinegar crusted fish as their "fish and chips"... It's so good that I went and ate here two nights in a row! It was that good! Seriously, stop sleeping on this one. The rest of the menu? I'm sure it's Ok to but I wouldn't know! I did get some input from the rest of the table who dared.to order something besides the Salt and vinney fishy. So let’s break it down: RIBS~ The ribs were decent but didn’t exactly blow us away – a bit on the dry side. Sauce was messy. But hey, its ribs, messy comes with the territory. Steak Sandwich~ Thick cut steak slices on cabata bread. Arugala, aioli, and ...wait what is that... Could it be... Yes. It is..BACON. ... there's bacon on it. Poutine~ Fries, cheese curds, gravy. It's generically good. Mediterranean salmon~ Did not disappoint. Fresh and healthy eatting in a bar fried food setting. It was really good and packed with flavor! Spinach and artichoke appetizer~ Call Guinness! This app was sublime. It disappeared within 3 minutes of it touching down on the table. Ravenous animals were eatting here tonight apparently! Chicken wings~ This review will be for the BBQ traditional wing versions. The meat was plump and good. The sauce, a mess, but "sooo good" (quoted from the person who ate it) It came with carrots and celery - "crunch'n somethin good on them fresh vegg right there" Side of rice~ Balanced side to cleanse the pale between bites. Not a booming flavor. Would recommend ordering something besides just rice. One heads up: this place is busy. The service is excellent, but don’t be surprised if it takes a little while between visits from your server – the place is always packed, and for good reason. Trust me, the food is worth the wait. Just order a drink and enjoy the ride!

Decided to eat here on a whim while we had some free time from our group tour in Niagara Falls. The wings and fries were good and our waiter was super helpful and friendly. This restaurant is in a very nice location on Clifton Hill. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience of eating here. We would definitely return to grab a bite to eat for lunch.

Overall Experience, 4/5: It was a good experience, and I enjoyed the food. Fortunately, the weather was perfect during our visit, allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the ambiance. Even though it was busy, we got seated pretty quickly. Food/Drink, 4/5: The food and drinks were quite good. We got the wings and the spinach dip appetizer. The portion sizes were generous, and sharing was definitely an option. Plus, you can choose from two different sauces or seasonings for the wings. Pricing, 3.75/5: The pricing was typical for a restaurant—neither too expensive nor as cheap as fast food. Service, 4.5/5: Our server was very friendly and attentive. He frequently checked on us and promptly addressed any issues with our food. Aesthetic/Atmosphere, 3.75/5:The atmosphere was quite loud and bar-like, and the place was very busy. However, the option to sit outside allowed us to enjoy the city's ambiance.

Good food, which we enjoyed. Lunch and restaurant quiet so atmosphere not as good as it could have been. Friendly and helpful service. Only dropped a star because the server was clearing the table and offering dessert menu whilst one of us was still eating their main course. Is that normal over here? It would be considered rude in the UK. When the dessert arrived they asked if the bill was to be done all together or split. Don’t you normally wait until the end of the meal before making out the bill? We might have wanted another drink. I’m sure they were trying to be helpful and efficient, but result for us was that we felt rushed and like they wanted us to leave. Perhaps they did! We’re unlikely to return, but can’t fault the food.

Horrible Experience - Unsafe and Unclean My family and I recently visited this restaurant and had an absolutely terrible experience. We ordered multiple dishes, and right from the start, we were horrified by the conditions. The glasses and plates were dripping with water, and the table was covered with yellowish stains. The chairs were sticky and clearly not cleaned. The food quality was awful. Every dish was swimming in oil, and we ended up throwing most of it away. We spent $240 on what can only be described as dirty and junk food. The worst part was that they served salad and bread in thick plastic dishes that were clearly unsafe. The plastic was heavy and junky, and we could see microfibers everywhere. It was disgusting and left us questioning whether these dishes were ever washed. They also weren't dishwasher safe! To top it all off, the service was terrible. The staff was rude, and when I asked to speak to the manager, he was completely useless. Despite seeing that we had left more than half of the food untouched and had not even touched the salads, he didn't even bother to apologize for the terrible experience. It was an unbelievable experience, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely unsafe and unhealthy—avoid at all costs!

Very popular and well worth the visit! We went at peak dinner time and walked from our local hotel. We waited maybe 5 minutes to check in with the Hostess and were immediately seated. We opted for patio dining and loved the atmosphere. Our waitress, Courtney, was fantastic! She had great suggestions for local beers and mixed drinks to try, and she even asked fellow workers for suggestions of where to purchase carryout package goods for later in the evening. Our food was fantastic and priced very reasonably - the Steak Bacon and Swiss and the Roadhouse Nashville Hot Chicken were both excellent and portions were generous! When in Niagara Falls and in Canada, you absolutely need to try the poutine (fries with gravy and cheese curds)! Delicious! I recommend the Lawnmower Yard Lager if you enjoy light beers. Next time we are visiting, we will be sure to dine at Kelseys again!
