Rain is top-notch and I would highly recommend them to have them as your server as well as great with humor customer service and friendly and very enthusiastic he is 10 out of 10. Give rain a raise he totally deserves it that and I said so

First time here and it was awful. The kitchen made my wrap Incorrect, and our services not once came by when we had our apps or meal to ask how it was, We had to ask for refills on drinks etc as well. It want busy either so not sure what his excuse could be! I had to go find him to tell him About my wrap that was made incorrectly to have the kitchen fix it. By the time it got back to me my family had to sit there and watch me eat. No apologies about it etc nothing!

Came here for a quick bite before a flight. The atmosphere/decor has really stepped up. I loved then seating and lighting. Service was great, Sydney was efficient and friendly. We were able to go in and out within 1 hour with no issues, not only was I very impressed with the service but with the whole elevated dining experience as well. Food was amazingly good! A lot of creativity, good flavours, and overall taste! I would definitely return!!

Kelsey's Original Roadhouse represents a quintessential neighborhood dining experience, offering classic American cuisine. By combining hearty portions with specialty cocktails in a relaxed, casual environment, this restaurant and sports bar establishes a welcoming atmosphere. Our dining preferences consistently include the four cheese spinach dip, burgers, and chicken tenders, praised for their exceptional taste. However, our meals often leave no room for dessert exploration. The waiter services were fine but not too attentive during our several visits. It is noteworthy that the venue's substantial capacity remains largely untapped during lunch hours, potentially offset by increased evening or sports event attendance, accommodated by the installed TVs.

Thursday night half priced wings with beverage purchase. Ordered the nachos platter. The nachos were crispy. Also had the spinach cheese drip with baked pitas. Apps came out quickly. Had the classic wings with salt and pepper and honey garlic. Also added a salad. Rated food 4 stars as the classic wings were on the small side. Had a good selection for wing sauce options.

Sat on the patio on a quiet Monday with perfect weather. Our server, Susan, was a gem—funny, friendly, and attentive making our experience even better. Her timing for refills was spot on! Enjoyed a Corona moment in the sunshine. Cheers to good vibes at Kelsey's.

I chose Kelsey’s for my Birthday celebration dinner with my family… and we all love our food! Hands up for chefs…food was delicious, fresh, portions was big and beautiful served! Ooo and we had best server! I don’t remember his name but he was very attentive, checked on us regularly, making sure we are all good:) It was our first visit, but definitely not the last one!

My friends and I came here originally on August 9, 2024 for dinner to celebrate a birthday and had a terrible experience. The owner reached out to me and apologized for the poor experience. If you look at the reviews this location has, they’re all basically great and we were surprised that we had such a bad experience. When the owner reached out, he asked if we would be willing to give the restaurant another try and would cover a portion of the bill. I was impressed that he took ownership of what happened even though he wasn’t there. The first time we went here was two years ago and we had a wonderful experience overall. The second time around was not good. Our server barely checked-in on us, forgot that we were celebrating someone’s birthday, and the food was not so great (some came out cold and dry). We were surprised this experience was awful given that the first time was wonderful in 2023. This time around (2024), our server was wonderful. Her name is Savannah. She was extremely attentive and friendly. She greeted us with a smile when introducing herself to the table. Throughout the dinner, she checked-in on my friends and I every so often to ensure that we were comfortable. We never had to ask for water because when she saw that we were running low, she would either get us a brand new water or ask if we wanted any refills. We ordered appetizers and mains. Appetizers were: -Four Cheese Spinach Dip -Cajun Fried Shrimp (do not recommend this as it was very salty) -Roadhouse Garlic Cheese Toast Main courses: -Fajitas for one with steak -Chicken Bites Dinner with BBQ sauce -Crunchy Chicken Mac 'N' Cheese -Alfredo Chicken Pasta with tomato sauce instead of alfredo -Chicken Parm Dessert: -White Chocolate Cheesecake (on the house) All the main courses we tried were wonderful. If you’re in the area, I recommend giving this restaurant a try. Thank you Ram for reaching out to rectify our past poor experience. All the attendees and I can tell that you truly do care about your guests and their experiences at your establishment. Thank you to our server, Savannah who was wonderful. Definitely ask for her if you can. She’s great.
