Excellent customer service from the staff despite a very busy NYE rush. Took home a take out family meal and paid with a gift card. Shout out to bartender Alicia who treated me with patience and kindness and the manager who understood that sometimes kids ask for chicken fingers when they mean mac and cheese. Food itself is was delicious and our orders were all correct. Great portions and priced right. Our family will definitely be returning to this location.

I attended this location on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 with my family. We were seated at 4:15pm by our server. The restaurant was empty. Once we were seated our server never returned. We waited for roughly 20 minutes before leaving. We decided to give this location a second chance and attended today. Our server was nice and kind and quickly took our orders. My wife ordered the chicken tenders and fries. Once our food arrived we could not believe the lack of quality and quantity of the chicken tenders which were essentially scraps of little to no chicken and fried batter. Of note the chicken tenders come at a price of $18.98 We spoke to our server who also agreed the the quality was not up to par. Overall I have attend this location twice and have experienced poor customer and food the does not resemble what what is advertised. Ultimately I find it disrespectful that this is what was served.

Excellent fish and chips. The fish was especially well done. Crispy and better than your typical fish and chips from a chain restaurant. The kids meal chicken fingers was also surprisingly well done. Great poutine as well.

Pretty nice place, our server was the only server for a bit so took a while to place the order and get our food out. she was very accommodating especially during happy hour. We had a few apps that we shared. I wish the layered the nachos pretty good so you get a bit of everything in between and not just on the top. Overall not bad. Would come back again

8oz top sirloin and baked potato,steak was cooked to perfection cook have used some steak spice or salt as it lacked seasoning. Wife had ribs BBQ very tasty but had to cut the ribs apart as apposed to fall off the bone

I liked this kelseys more then another I go to due to the fact they don't have the music cranked to the max... unfortunately that's where the goodness stopped...starting our app, the nan bread was over baked, my Poutine was undercooked, I never received tartar sauce for my fish and by the time the waitress even decided to come back to the table. We were done our entire meal. So I just told her to throw it in a box... My wife's soup was warm and there was absolutely no dressing on her salad.... The waitress that served us was also working the bar and spent more of her time with the bar clientele than making her rounds, I found out more about her family than I think.I ever needed to find out just by over hearing all over a conversations... not happy

I had a chance to catch up with my friend after half a decade. We were lucky enough to come during happy hour. We couldn't believe the choices in drinks and food. What a great deal. Our server Cassandra went over and above making sure we always had our drinks topped up and would check in from time to time to make sure we were happy with our drinks and food. She definitely went out of her way to melt sure we were comfortable. Thank you!! The quesadillas and thai chicken bites were delicious. I also enjoyed my nachos.

I recently dined at Kelsey's Roadhouse and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a great ambiance that made for a relaxed dining experience. Our waitress was kind and friendly, always attentive without being intrusive, adding to the overall positive vibe of the evening. We ordered the chicken wings with kettle chips, which were cooked to perfection—crispy and flavorful. The Nashville hot chicken burger was another highlight, delivering a nice kick of spice while still being juicy and tender. The Thai curry bowl with rice was rich and aromatic, with a balance of flavors that really stood out. Overall, the food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the ambience was spot on. I would definitely recommend Kelsey's Roadhouse for a great meal out!"
