I had an amazing experience at Kelsey’s Original Roadhouse! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I want to give a special shoutout to Jennifer, who went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations that we loved. Her cheerful demeanor really added to our evening. Thank you, Jennifer, for such excellent service! I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

We had my sisters birthday party lunch here , party of 10! and it was an amazing experience.From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and greeted and asked what our occasion was. The service was impeccable, the drinks were refilled and water topped up. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that didn’t disappoint. The spinach dip is always a family favorite. Now, the food: simply outstanding, hot and fresh. It’s clear that the chefs take immense pride in their work. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want an extraordinary meal, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

We ordered crabcakes that came out like hockey pucks. They were so cold on the inside, made me understand they were probably frozen. Sad knowing you’re paying $15-20 for an item that is frozen. Ordered a burger combo where the fries were so salty and overcooked, that there was no actual potato left on the inside. Service was good, however price for value is a hard 0.

The food was exceptional, There was only one staff member for the whole restaurant so our dinner ran very late but luckily we were with family from around Ontario for a memorial.

Absolutely amazing service from Micheala!! Came here with friends for lunch and she was the best and made sure we had a great time. She was very helpful with the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back and ask to be served by her again!

Must have been a slow day ..our server seemed distracted and disengaged. Did not feel welcomed.Felt like she was being forced to take our orders. Told her it was my birthday, I was happy ...I chose this Kelseys to celebrate but she made me feel uncomfortable. Her demeanor was negative. She got part of the order wrong. She didn't even bother doing the fake chat when she brought our bill like most servers do when it's tipping time. The machines are set up with default percentages as if tipping is mandatory and no longer based on service. Disappointing time overall. Food was okay though. Mediterranean salmon was a miss...chicken was good.Liked the food. Didn't like the vibe of the server. Will go back to Grand Park instead.

Kids Menu: The kids' menu is also quite interesting, offering a good selection of dishes that are sure to please the little ones. Overall, it's a wonderful place to dine with family or friends, whether you're there for a regular meal or taking advantage of the happy hour specials.
