Service was horrible! Nobody came to take orders for about half hour, the waitress got annoyed cause we had kids so left half way thru taking order to serve another table. Then took drinks order after we asked what's available on tap. Only to come back and say it was out of stock at 2pm in the afternoon. Next, we ordered kids meals with chocolate milk. 5 mins later she said we don't have chocolate milk. Then we asked for regular milk and she accepted the order only to come back again and say it's out of stock. She seemed more annoyed each time with the change that was caused by her lack of knowledge of what's available. In either case, it's rather weird to have a restaurant be out of stock at 2-3 pm. It took over an hour to bring out the appetizers. The service was so horrible that the whole family experience was a disaster. Be mindful of this when you visit your place. It will not be pleasant experience.

We recently went here for dinner with my parents. The food was good. All our meals that we had were delicious as well as the soup and salad. My chicken sandwich was great, and the chicken tenders were huge and tasty. Nachos and chicken bites also delicious. The caesar salad was fresh and delicious. I was very disappointed that they changed the chicken gravy by adding an absurd amount of peppercorns which was all you could taste (it was my favorite before), however because of it I couldn't even eat it as it was too spicy and overpowering. Stick to the dark gravy if you don't like spicy stuff or the taste of pepper. Also, the fries were overcooked and a little hard. The service was a little slow, but our server was friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy with a quiet atmosphere. Overall, we would eat here again, we just would all just order different sides next time.

Bradley was AMAZING! He was so pleasant and VERY good at his job. He navigated the dining room with grace and efficiency and made it look easy even though I knew he had a lot going on. WE LOVE BRADLEY! Oh and the food was spectacular.

With multiple restaurants and choices in the area, Kelsey’s continues to be my go-to place. The food is always hot and fresh, (they make a killer bacon cheeseburger, Buffalo chicken sandwich and their wings are phenomenal). The exceptional service is the real reason I continue to return. Brandy, the day bartender, is a rock star, she’s always on the ball, pouring me a beer before I sit down and refilling my beer before I need to ask. She is always happy, smiling, and ready to crack a joke and never fails to make my time there enjoyable. Katelynn, one of the managers, is equally as attentive to ensuring service is priority and that guests are satisfied, she’s super friendly and I can tell she makes it’s a point to make all of her customers feel welcome and and ensure the service is top notch . Then you have Shane, the owner, he’s always checking on the restaurant and guests to ensure they are getting quality food, service and that they are overall happy with the experience. You can be sure he will stop by to say hi and make sure your experience is positive every time you go in. I highly recommend Kelsey’s Bowmanville, it has become my go-to over the past several months and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

The woman who served our table was incredible. Personable, funny and we were unrushed. Sarah was great. Been there twice and will absolutely return. Clean, bright and friendly service. I drove over an hour from lake Simcoe and well worth it. Fish was delicious. Thank you Sarah your awesome.

This was a better experience than I normally have with Kelsey’s anywhere! My grandfather and I had the Spinach dip for an appetizer and normally they give a small amount of pitas then you’re left with spinach dip you have to spoon eat which sucks but they gave us a ton of pitas which was an awesome change. We split the steak fajitas and they were delicious! Steak was done to our liking and there was plenty of toppings. Drinks were great and our waitress Kristen was quick to help clear our plates for some space and ask for refills. Overall atmosphere was good and the booth was comfy.

Came in just in time for happy hour. The service was attentive and friendly. Thank you to our wonderful server Brandy for making the atmosphere warm and friendly. Highly recommended checking it out, if you are in the area !
