Not a very good experience at Kelsey's. Tonight we ordered Sonoma salad did not come with anything in it. That was supposed to be in it and we also ordered. Balsamic chicken chicken came. Half cooked and cold as well. As the potatoes and vegetables. And to top it off. The girl couldn't make change for a gift card. Plus cash. Very bad experience.

I recently dined at Kelseys and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The menu offered a great selection of comforting classics, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. The standout, however, was the service. Arianna, our server, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about every dish. She guided us through recommendations and made sure we felt taken care of the entire meal. Thanks to Arianna’s warm professionalism and the quality of the food, I’ll definitely be returning to Kelseys soon.

Food was very cold. I had 3 steak dinners, plus 2 orders of chicken wings and 1 nachos order. The nachos came out fast and were good. The rest took over 35mins to come. And when it did, the wings were ice cold. The fries were old and cold also. The steak was not worth the $30. It wasn’t even busy. I mentioned it to the server, that the wings were really cold. And she just said I’ll let the cook know. Not even offering to re-heat. I would have been happy with that. $250 later, I felt robbed. This was a goodbye dinner for my in-laws. I really expected better than this. Kelsey’s please do better.

This place is okay, but I don't think it will be my first choice for dining in the area. The service is excellent. I saw my waitress several times throughout my dining experience. She was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is also excellent. I didn't feel too exposed or boxed in. I was far enough away from other customers to feel comfortable. The restaurant itself is designed well. A nice ambiance. The steak and poutine I ordered for my kids was well received. They absolutely loved it. I ordered it to be done medium, and it was cooked medium. 4/5 on the steak. Very nice. The chicken wings I ordered, however... left a lot to be desired. They were terrible, in fact. Although I ordered them with the Thai sauce flavour, they tasted flavourless. They just weren't enjoyable at all. Wings are a 1/5. Very bad.

From start to finish, Masha made our dining experience truly exceptional. Masha has a knack for connecting with children. She greeted them with a warm smile and was always engaging in conversations with them. She went above and beyond to make sure they had everything they needed. Her patience and ability to keep them entertained was impressive. Our orders were taken swiftly. She ensured our food arrived promptly and checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail made our experience smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Masha’s exceptional service made our visit memorable. Her ability to make kids feel special, her efficient handling of our needs, and her friendly personality all contributed to a fantastic experience. If you are lucky enough to have Masha as your server, you’re in for a real treat!!!! She is a true gem and a wonderful asset to any restaurant!!! We will be returning!!

I had Megan Y as my waitress and she was so friendly. She knew the menu very well and made some excellent recommendations. The spinach dip is a must!! Overall, everyone was super friendly and it's a great atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!
