Ordered the kebab for 1 and loved every bite. Our server was Oguz. I wanted something charred for lunch and got what I wanted. Perfect prep on the meats on the platter. Gonna invite the boys for next time.

Food is 10/10. Such a unique taste. Kebab is so tender. Ambience is great. Service was not bad but beaware of the hidden charges. They charge you extra 50 CAD on your bill if your a group of more than 7 without you knowing. And they count children in them too.

The “go-to” place for Turkish breakfast. Amazing food. Delicious!! Ordered 2 breakfast for 3 people and it was more than enough! Highly recommended! Would definitely come back again

Let me start off by saying that I am BEYOND impressed by everything about this place. My friend and I have been to many restaurants and eateries, and this place exceeds majority of them in all aspects. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would. We came for Iftar and we thought it might take a while because it was quite busy, but we were seated with dates and water within a couple minutes. The server took our order and again, we expected a delay which I understand because of the amount of people, but the food arrived within 10-15 minutes which is impressive considering what we ordered. We ordered the tabbouleh, feta rolls, mixed pide, mix kebab platter, and lamb chops. Everything met and exceeded all expectations, except the tabbouleh. It wasn’t horrible, but I would recommend adding the lemon and sumac. The feta rolls were a favorite as well, especially my friend, she loves every pastry and cheese combo :) The mixed pide was good, but I would definitely go with just the soujuk pide next time. The meat was very tender and juicy, tasted amazing, I was very impressed. The portions you get are also very well worth the price, we had to take 2 takeout boxes home because we couldn’t finish it all. The service however, was by far the best I’ve received in a while. Everything was done quickly and on time, not to mention the complimentary turkish tea at the end of our dinner. We didn’t expect it because again, it was busy, but phenomenal really, I’m recommending this place to everyone. Only thing I would suggest, is to make space for prayer. Even if it’s a small place. Especially during ramadan, there’s many people who want to perform salah right away. Big thank you to kebab 49, best grilled food i’ve had in a while!
