5++++++++++++++👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 * You can eat the best brunch here BY FAR! We really enjoyed their place and customer service. They served us two tea pots and some extra simit and did not charge us. I will go there again and again and recommend this amazing Turkish restaurant to everyone.

WARNING: Don’t be fooled by the rating like we did!!! How this place has a 4.9 star rating is literally beyond me. The food was mediocre at best and I’ve never experienced such amateur customer service before in my life. There was only one server on a busy Saturday dinner rush and it seemed like it was either her first day working or she just didn’t know what she was doing. She seemed so confused and could hardly answer any of our questions regarding the menu items. Only two people from our group received food and the others had to wait almost an hour. Once they finally got their food, they were told that what they ordered was not available so the kitchen replaced it with something else. The problem is: nobody wants to eat food that is randomly switched to something they didn’t even order. When we asked to pay for our bill (which took another 45 minutes) the staff approached us with the machine which displayed the tip selection right away without showing us the amount or what we are paying for. When we asked to see the items and the prices on the bill, we were told we have to pay first… huge red flag. One pro is that their baklava was good and they didn’t charge us for that (considering everything that happened.) But that’s definitely not enough for us to come back. It’s so sad, this restaurant has great potential but very poor execution.

Excellent service and delicious food. I loved appetizers. The staff are friendly and professional. Less waiting for the order. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a family friendly restaurant.
