Very good ambience and pocket friendly dine in . Had great tasting Briyani , but we felt the Roti or shahi paneer could have been better!

The ambience at this new restaurant is truly amazing, creating a great atmosphere for dining. They serve paneer in a karahi, which is their unique selling point. However, the paneer was not properly cooked and took quite some time to be served. While the presentation is promising, improvements in cooking quality and service speed are needed.”

placed an order ubr eats from karahi point for biryaani And I'm very disappointed with the restaurant because the food was not fresh and meat in it is smelling so badly smells like left over food. Its 100% not fresh its for sure from yesterday or left over from the day before. if I would have it i will end up getting sick. Just want to let you guys know if anyone orders from the karahi point pls check the food with the restaurant before bringing it to home.

Been here a few times. I love the food and ambiance, a very nice place to eat out with family. The staff is also lovely and I love the interior. I wasn’t a huge fan of the kebabs but will definitely be coming here often to eat the Karahi and other foods.

Located along Dundast St. W. in Oakville, Karahi Point is a very popular restaurant specializing in Pakistani cuisine. As you enter the foyer, there is a brief story on a large wall sign that outlines the origin of Karahi Points' philosophy followed and practiced by staff at each location. "Honesty" is the central message here. We were seated promptly upon arrival and advised to scan the QR code with our phones in order to read the menu. Personally, I find the use of electronic menus more of a hinderance in selecting food items quickly compared to the old fashioned tangible hardcopy menu. A complimentary onion salad was delivered to our table as we waited for the arrival of food items selected from the menu. The restaurant itself is very spacious and consists of good size booths and open table seating that can easily accommodate large parties. The overall ambience of the restaurant is essentially a carry-over from the previous Japanese fusion restaurant that was in this space previously. Aesthetic improvements which include brighter lighting throughout, lighter tones especially on wall finishes, and the use of chandeliers project a more modern feel with a slight mix of traditional Pakistani decor. Everything in the restaurant is well maintained and very clean throughout. The main course dishes we selected arrived hot and fresh out of the kitchen, and the wait was acceptable considering that there appeared to be a full house of guests that evening. The food was flavourful, possessed some spiciness but not a lot, and the meat dishes were tender and moist for the most part except the chicken tikka which we found to be a bit dry. Overall we found the food items to be quite good with respect to taste, texture, freshness, and portion size. Conversely, the price point for items such as the Barbeque Platter and Plain Rice were far too high compared to other establishments that serve a specialized meat platter with greater quantities. The plate of plain boiled basmati rice also struck us as being a bit overpriced for the amount received. On a final note, customer service was quite decent. Staff were found to be well mannered, courteous and helpful which really is key to the level of customer satisfaction achieved. Overall, Karahi Point in Oakville is a very decent restaurant that is sure to satisfy anyone looking to enjoy great Pakistani cuisine.

Dinner at Karahi Point was an incredible experience. The chicken biryani was aromatic and full of tender, flavorful chicken. The chicken kebabs were perfectly grilled, with a smoky taste that made them irresistible. The highlight, though, was the Chicken Peshawari Karahi, which was rich and deeply flavorful, complemented perfectly by the soft and fluffy Roghni naan. Every dish was delicious, and I would highly recommend this place for a memorable dining experience.

Food was really good with different veg n non veg options. Have something for all age groups. Loved the interior and the decor. We went there for dinner after a sunny day. That's probably why the air conditioning was weak. It was stuffy as it got crowded. Service could have been better. Maybe we were unlucky with that particular guy. But he was neither friendly nor interested. Did not smile throughout the entire service. So there is room for improvement. Overall Rating 4 - Good but did not live up to the expectation.

Our experience at this location was a little under whelming. We went early around 6:30pm so it wasn’t busy at all. We ordered chicken Bihari, as well as a barbecue platter with nans and raita. ( the first raita comes free, but if you want more, you have to pay). We Bihari kabab were good but the barbecue platter was just ok. Firstly, the kababs were not hot!.. they were slightly warm but it seemed like they had been out on the plate for a while before being served to us. The nans were ok as well. Not piping hot, like we expect nans to be. Considering the restaurant was almost empty at the time we went, I don’t know why the food was taking so long and why it wasn’t piping hot when it finally came. Not an amazing experience I had hoped for at karahi point.
