Oh my god, my expectations from a chain like this are really high, but the food served was wayy below average. There was almost no taste to the karahi. Both biryani and chicken karahi had a weird meaty taste about it.. I imagine these meats were never salted during the preparation. The wait time for take out was also high, about 20 mins. And while I waited, the noise from the AC ducts was unbearable. My biggest disappointment was the food, I have never had such absurd tasting food from a desi place before.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The dine-in service was poor, and despite paying around $40-50 per person, the food was served on plastic plates—something I’ve never encountered at this price point, especially for a dish like karahi. Additionally, the environment was uncomfortable, with the noise from the air conditioning resembling the sound of a factory. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend wasting your money here.

Server Ada made sure that we have a good time eating delicious food cooked by chef Karan. Ordered beef boti, chicken karahi and a diet coke on the right side. The server gave us great phirni on the left side. All in all a very pleasant and enjoyable experience eating at the Karahi point.

Tried the chicken tikka biryani and was disappointed. The chicken tikka was overly salted, and the rice lacked the authentic biryani spices and flavour. For $19, this dish is not worth it and i wouldn’t recommend it.
