Karahi Point Etobicoke

I ordered chicken kebab roll with fries last night closer to 11 pm through Uber Eats. But It was a mistake , I will never order food again from this place. Naan was not even properly cooked and not fresh at all , kabab was also not fresh and it wasn’t chicken and 6-7 fries in total .Very cold , it looked like it was their last order and they didn’t want to prepare fresh one and sent whatever was already prepared. I wish I had the option to give not even one star.

Karahi Point is a fantastic spot if you're a fan of flavorful, authentic Pakistani cuisine. The Karahi Chicken is definitely the star of the menu. The food…was not what I expected, the chicken tikka masala was sweat, I’ve had better tikka also I ordered for a milkshake but got cold milk instead and asked them to redo it but still got cold milk, really disappointed, don’t even get me started on their environment, there were flies around, we hated the water we were given to drink, it tasted so tappy…but the waitress had good customer service

Dine in today ordered Chicken Karahi and Kababs. All dishes were very flavourful and authentic. Best food and service in Etobicoke. Great ambience! Must try. Will come back for sure.

EDIT: In response to this review, the manager left a number. However, the number they left me is unreachable. I tried reaching out multiple times, but they aren't responding. So take from that what you will. Previous Review: I am a VERY frequent diner at Karahi Point especially the one in Ajax. I have tried the majority of their dishes and usually it is great which is why I come back. Today I came to this location and I was HORRIFIED to see how horrible the quality of the food was. I ordered a traditional boneless chicken karahi, with 4 naan, 2 mint margaritas and fries. The naan was fine and the fries were not at all as great as usual because these were thin and not breaded but it was okay. However.. the karahi and the mint margaritas was a pure SHAME. I am so upset that I got ripped off and paid 70$ for that "meal". The karahi was horrible. It tasted as if someone just dumped a full bucket of masala into it and thats all. Absolutely heinous. And the mint margaritas were SO BAD, I am shocked a store can even serve such a drink but for 6.99$???!!! I swear to God it tasted as if someone put two table spoons of salt into water and just colored it green. Extreamly dissappointing. I have attached photos of how I left the drinks and food because it was disgusting sorry. I loved karahi point but I don't think I will come again. Please don't serve such inedible food to customers.

Every month, it's a to-do for us. Their food is seriously bursting with flavor – you can practically taste all the spices. The host, Ravinder, is awesome. Such a friendly lady! She knows exactly what we're in the mood for. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough. We're slowly making our way through the menu, but trust me, everything is incredible. Next time you're craving delicious and authentic, swing by – your taste buds will thank you!
