A must-try for authentic Filipino breakfast in Niagara! During our stay at the Great Wolf Lodge, my family and I craved Filipino comfort food and stumbled upon Kalsada by Chef Lea on Facebook. We were thrilled to find a place offering authentic Filipino breakfasts. The ordering process was smooth through her online site, and the delivery the next morning was fast and efficient. The packaging was neat, clean, and well-presented, which only added to the anticipation. We ordered tapsilog, tosilog, spamsilog, and her famous leche flan, and everything was spot on! The flavors were incredibly authentic, reminding us of the breakfasts we enjoy back home. The beef tapa was perfectly seasoned, the tocino was sweet and savory, and the eggs were cooked just right. The leche flan was incredibly creamy and delicious—definitely lived up to the hype! We also tried her spaghetti, which was overloaded with cheese, hotdog, and ground meat, just like how it’s done at Filipino celebrations. It was a nostalgic, savory, and cheesy delight! We’re so glad we found Kalsada and can’t wait to order from Chef Lea again. Hopefully, she opens a restaurant soon, so we can dine in and experience her amazing food with a warm Filipino ambiance when we visit Niagara again.

I've been living in Niagara Falls for almost 5 years and I've been on the lookout for authentic quality Filipino cuisine. Finally, I found this wonderful Filipina chef named Lea. They serve the classics family-style in huge portions and I’m never disappointed. This is more than a 5 star. It is authentic and 101% delicious! 👌🇵🇭
